Abbey is our go-to person at The Gem Collection! She is patient, as we are picky. But we have been back so many times because of her attention to our preferences, we also love that she sends us pictures of new items we might love and alerts us to shows and sales. This jewelry store is beautiful. What makes it even more appealing is the Team there, including Amy and Michelle. You are treated like family. No high pressure sales, just service and a smile. They get you dialed in whether just browsing or need a repair. Inexpensive repairs and most done on the spot. It is a pleasure to visit there, and the owner is a very good person and usually on site.
