Do not go here to buy a real christmas tree. When I first got there, I asked an employee to help me get one because all the trees were outside in front of the store and no one was out there. The employee was so clueless, she had to ask some other employee about what to do, that other employee was refusing to help because it was apparently somebody else’s job, when someone was finally out there, they made me pay for a tree without even picking one out or even looking at the tree to make sure it’s one that i wanted. The employees said that if she opened the tree up, she wouldn’t be able to give me a refund. I ended up paying $80 for a scrawny little tree, and the employees were not nice at all. Don’t make the same mistake I did and go here for a christmas tree

Pretty unhelpful, if you need something or help good luck and if you need hay or something someone has to come out and unlock or help load lord help you because you will be waiting for awhile and then get a tsc worker who acts like you just ruined their day. I think I'll start going to ace hardware or these little feed stores from here on out. I gave 2 stars because someone did eventually show up.

My dad went up there to buy a cub cadet xt45 lawn mower cash. After about 2 hours of waiting for them to get the mower ready and somebody out there to take the boot off and find the keys had employees just walking by and just seeing my dad standing there waiting in the sun. they were rude and didn’t even acknowledge that he was there after paying 2300 for the mower and 400 for the protection warranty , it had a dead battery, it had 2 tires that were flat. So my dad went back inside and wanted his money back, got his money back for the mower but they didn’t want to give his money back for the protection warranty. Seems like they wanted to pocket it because they knew it’s a 48 hour period to get your money back no matter what. So they eventually gave his money back after having to threaten them with a lawyer. The people they had working 05/25 needs to be fired because they are thieves and very rude and unprofessional by all means. This store and the employees needs no be dealt with and fired. I think I’ll share my opinion with my lawyer anyways just to see how many cases of this has been handled and how many times it’s been reported. I usually go there once a week and my family does to but now I won’t walk back up into that store and neither will my family! This also will be reported to BBB

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with Tractor Supply. We had broken down in the interstate with a shredded tire on our camper. We had got on google to look for a local Tractor Supply. Which ended up being 24 miles from where we were broken down. We called and Windy said she had the tire. After she kept repeating the wrong tire size, we told her the correct size 5 times. She said she had that size and she would put it in a cart next to the register. I got to the store and it was the incorrect size. They ended up not having the tire size we gave her 5 times. And to add to it, she did not even apologize for wasting my time, going out of the way to drive to this location to get a tire she said they had. Accidents happen, I understand that but I feel this whole situation was unacceptable.

I went in to buy a gun safe. After 20 minutes the manager ask if I needed help said said yes she called her team for help. For some reason she couldn’t help. Waited about 30 minutes no one came to help. Started walking out I mention to her that nobody else. Do you think she would stop what she was doing? Just say stay right here I’ll get you some one. She just kinda let it go. Tractor supply Tallahassee you lost a sale. These district managers are doing a terrible job on training people for customer satisfaction. CEO needs to walk in stores and start firing people that don’t care!

I love this Tractor Supply, but recently I got a taste of the managers attitude ("Liz"). My husband and I went in to buy a 300gal stock tank, and a very nice young man was helping us. Liz had started closing the store an hour and a half early including closing all the gates. When the young man tried to open the gate to avoid bringing the large stock tank through the store, she started yelling at him. She expected us (the customers) to move this 300gal stock tank through the merchandise stands that do not provide enough width to push the tank through. She became huffy and puffy when she realized this wasn't physically possible, and offered no solution. I suggested they open the gate so my husband could wheel it out to the truck while I pay for it. This would avoid all the movement issues, and it was the original plan. She seemed extremely bothered by this idea, and again.. offered no solutions. We did this and she stormed off without even an apology to her employee she yelled at and was incredibly disrespectful towards us. I won't continue to pour my support into a store that employs a manager who treats customers like an inconvenience, and her employees like trash. "Liz" doesn't have good problem solving skills, is unhelpful toward customers, and is very comfortable mistreating her employees. The complete opposite of traits you want in managerial staff. I hope this branch figures out a solution to this issue, because Liz will certainly not. We spend hundreds of dollars a month here, and we will be taking our business elsewhere. I will also be telling my homesteading friends about this because none of us support a toxic workplace.

Hey have you been to Tractor Supply on Vineyard? They have interesting inventory though a bit overpriced but a fun store to walk around and look at things. Today I went to buy a small item that they had in stock. Happy they had it but wasn't so pleased with a newer cashier on board who had no eye contact, no smile, just a completely disinterested employee who acted like she hated to be there. Honestly why hire someone with zero personaility, the represent your business in the worst way.
