The staff at this location goes above and beyond! They were simply amazing! I came in and realized (after the trailer had been hooked up) that it would be too small. I came back inside to see if I could swap out to a bigger one. The staff quickly started looking to find me a bigger trailer. They were successful, and Jamal came right out and unhooked the one he had just hooked up and got the larger one hooked up to the truck. He was completely professional and kind, even though it was my fault he was doing twice the work. I thank them so much for their kindness and professionalism. I will most definitely recommend this location to any one in need of a Uhaul. Best service I have ever experienced!

Usually thought they walk you out to get you truck, the truck was on E (don't mind putting gas in it but if on E, would it of made it to the station?)Customer service wasn't to great. Maybe they not having a good day.

I highly appreciate the customer service of Shanika and Vance. They help me out after hours and made sure that I was taking care of before they went home. They totally didn’t have to do that and I appreciate it.

Wish I could leave no stars this is by far the worst location in Tallahassee. The staff and managers are all very rude. They only want to rent out the pick trucks and vans for 4 hours like it’s their own personal equipment and your money isn’t good enough. So if you need anything from uhaul try another location they aren’t worth your time or hassle.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. The worst place I have EVER had business with. The original plan was to get the hitch installed the 25th and pick up the trailer the 26th and leave the night after. Turns out I called them asking if I could do it all at once because of the hurricane coming in and they decided to tell me “oh we were just about to call you we don’t have any of the parts needed.” When I tell you I was speechless. I proceeded to tell them I made this reservation 2 weeks prior and how unprofessional it was they didn’t bother to tell me and I had to call a day before my appointment for them to tell me that. Let me repeat they did not call me I had to call them to find this out a DAY before. This was a specifically scheduled timeline that I needed to follow in order to leave across the country to Arizona. They decided it would be funny to hang up on me after I asked to speak to a manager. So I went to the store they told me “it’s not happening idk what you want me to do” and no options or anything given just “it’s not getting installed here go find a car rental place to do it.” Then I spent 4 hours on the phone being transferred and moved and hung up on and re called back all by uhaul and not a single thing changed. I was told I’d be contacted by the general manager and I wasn’t nor have I been. Now here it is three days later and I am being told “well nothing is going to be done now due to the hurricane” when this situation should not have happened in the first place. As again it was well scheduled 2 weeks prior to all of this even happening. Do not waste your time and energy, this is the most unprofessional facility I’ve ever dealt with. Now I have to figure out how in 3 days I am going to get all of my belongings out and moved with out spending thousands of dollars. All thanks to THIS unprofessional and irresponsible Uhaul company.

The storage unit area is kept very clean and we always felt our belongings were secure. Davis was super helpful and personable. Made moving out and renting a trailer easy. He also gave us a recommendation for a great BBQ spot in town we would easily be able to park the trailer at.

It look like somebody is not doing their job at that location I returned the trailer before they do time same day and I receive a bill for 4 days it look like the person that was there when I returned the trailer didn't do the due diligent but at the same time somebody called me like 4 days later to ask me about the trailer and I told him that I returned it the same day they didn't bother to look on the camera or check they just simply charge me for 4 days and that's very unprofessional.

Every thing was great except the glove box of the U-Haul I rented was full of loose tobacco where last renter had been rolling blunts and left it in there ...the crew should have found that when cleaning it

BEWARE OF THIS UHAUL!! Don’t trust the person checking in the trucks. I rented a truck for a few hours. brought it back on the same day. I get a call 2 days later asking where’s the truck? It’s been in their lot! They charged me for using the truck for 2 days!! Unbelievable…The manager never calls you back, they took a week for me to give me my money back. I will never come back to this uhaul.
