They took too long to repair then didn't fix it right and gave me false dates to get me back in to finish the job . Now it's too late I bought a brand new car . 😠 I'll never go back

Top tier service! Trey was so accommodating as well as the front desk staff. Updated me about everything that was going on and even got my car fixed sooner than they originally anticipated. They also brought my car back in even better condition interior-wise than when I gave it to them. Thank you guys!

Wow! From the first call with Izabela, working with Trey, who kept us up to date with progress calls and photos, to Kim working out details with the insurance company, this has to have been the best experience I’ve ever had with any body shop.

Rachel and Isabella made getting my 2020 Nissan Rogue's bumper fixed a breeze. They handled all the back-and-forth with my insurance company, which really took the stress off me. The whole process was great, and I'll definitely use this location for any future repairs.

I dealt with Casey and she was professional and kept me up to date on the repair of our vehicle. There was a problem with one part being out of stock by Honda, but she kept me in the loop until the part was available and the car was repaired within a few days of them receiving it. I highly recommend them.

I had my car fixed at this place after a rear-end accident. They were super helpful and got my car back in no time. The customer service team was super friendly and explained everything clearly. I never felt worried or stressed out. When I got my car back, I was blown away by how well they fixed it. They even cleaned the whole car inside and out! I couldn’t be happier!

💯 can’t recommend Gerber on West Tennessee Street more! I had previous damage repairs done at another location and was highly disappointed. Kim fixed those issues back then and made sure my second damage repairs (new vehicle, different accident) were done timely and correct. Absolutely love the work done on my vehicle. You can’t even tell I was hit by another vehicle. Kim and Rachel were wonderful throughout the entire process and held open communication with updates along the way. Thank you again so much for fixing my vehicle and making her look like new again! Shoutout to the guys in the back that did the work that I don’t get to meet. You all are MVPs too! Go to Gerber on W. Tennessee for all of your collision repairs. ❤️❤️

Honestly pretty disappointing experience with this shop -- ended up taking well over a month for a repair that they estimated a week for... no rental car offered... was told it was ready for pickup, and when I got there, it wasn't ready for another hour and half... when I finally got it, they didn't review anything with me and seemed like they were in a hurry to go home. Car had glove box and center console items scattered on the ground and left my car a mess on the inside. Also had 10 additional miles on it?? The repair shop isn't that big so 10 miles extra was a surprise to see... I'll be looking elsewhere for repairs in the future.

Love this place so much!! They corrected my hood for my Ford where it actually is perfectly in place. Kept me updated the whole way through!!! Kasey (probably spelt it wrong) and her team are amazing. Very satisfied and will be coming back if I need to

Was recommended by Progressive as they were in network. Didn’t know what to expect as I’ve had poor experiences at other body shops, but Gerber was excellent. Friendly staff. Constant communication. They also text you a link that updates progress and estimate summary. The work itself was well done, and I was pleasantly surprised to have my car cleaned inside and out upon pick up. Hopefully I won’t need them again, but I know where I’ll go if I do.
