The UPS Store at 1717 N Monroe St, Tallahassee FL goes above and beyond for good service. They have done this on two separate occasions. I couldn't be more pleased. They deserve a pat on the back.

This is the ONLY UPS store I patronize because they have the BEST customer service!!! I will literally drive around and accumulate returns before I stop to any other UPS!!! Also, I live a hour away (that’s just how amazing they are).

Super convenient but what makes this UPS store so incredible …. The staff. They go out of their way to give every person VIP treatment. Been here 5 years and this is by far the best team and would not go anywhere else! 5 stars

They didn’t ship my package and the rude young girl that answered the phone refused to answer my basic question about where my package was. UPS said it’s still in the store. It hasn’t been scanned out. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?? Why are you making it so difficult??

Worst experience ever i wish I could leave no stars. So I called the north monroe location to schedule a pick up return for the company I work for. The lady who answered the phone cut me off said they don’t do pick up returns without even letting me finish. I explained to her ma’am we do it all the time. Is there anyone else I can speak with, is there a manager available she rudely said no they are busy and that I had to speak with her only. I then asked for her name. she asked me why do I need her name. I told her she was rude and didn’t even let me explain to her the situation I was having. I wasn’t rude to you so you didn’t need to be rude to me apparently she knows I’m going to report her. I’ll never call or go by that location again. She couldn’t work for me speaking to the customer that way.
