I arrive at the UPS Store 25 minutes before close and I’m told I can’t ship my gift to PA. Only Amazon returns are being processed. What? Doesn’t seem on brand to me UPS/UPS Store. I won’t ever patronize this store again and it’s a shame because my family has been using this location for years to ship our packages. Dear Owner, it seems you should publicize that your store will not assist customers with shipping needs in your final half hour or more before you close to save them time that can be better directed elsewhere to meet their shipping needs.

Its always a pleasure using UPS at 400 Capital Circle because of the Store Manager Miss Brittnay! Usually she's multitasking w/2-3 customers & still helps with tech questions & gets me outta there fast!!! She still treats challenging customers with dignity & respect & a nice smile! Where there's a problem Miss Brittany is already getting into the Solution!

The manager Brittany is always pleasant and has a great smile when I came in the store. She is always efficient and her customer service is over the top excellence. She makes sure all of her customer needs are met and if if they can’t be met right away, I have seen her explain to other customers whatever problem is occurring at that moment. She is hands down a great asset to the store.

The Manager Brittany talked down on me for not explaining quickly enough what I needed. She was bothered about my last name and even rolled her eyes because I had to spell because is a Hispanic last name. That is racism and she should be fired.

Just called because I’m having an issue finding my tracking number, a female employee picked up the phone this morning at 8:57 a.m. and was heavily slurring her words as she spoke, as if she was inebriated. I explained that the recipient of the package I sent out is having trouble picking it up, and I needed help to find the tracking number for the package I had sent. I know for a fact that UPS employees are able to search by my name or phone number within a certain date and pull up a record of any packages I sent through that location. She told me she wouldn’t help me, and told me she can’t do anything unless I have the tracking number. When I asked to speak to another employee, she told me that she was the only person in the building, and offered me the customer support line. I can’t solve my issue by calling customer support, I need an employee at that location to search for the package I sent out. But she wouldn’t do it, I’m assuming because she was intoxicated.

First time visiting this location. I had an Amazon return. The gentleman who assisted me was courteous and professional. Super quick process. Very efficient. Took all of 30 seconds and was on my way. Great experience 👍.

Excellent customer service by Jacob and Hudson. The two of them went above and beyond to make the experience satisfactory. A1 in my book. The two of them could demonstrate to others how to provide service with a smile. Great job Jacob and Hudson.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this UPS store. I had an important package shipped from this location, and not only was it improperly packaged but it is now lost, and the staff's behavior was also strange and unprofessional.
After not receiving the package on the promised date, I realized that my package had never been scanned into the UPS system. When I called the store to inquire about it, the staff was incredibly unhelpful. First, I was told by one employee that they were very behind in getting packages out to UPS. Then, I was turned over to another employee who seemed more interested in insulting me and brushing me off rather in finding a solution.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received any satisfactory answers. I have tried to submit a claim to UPS (even though they told me work directly with the store since technically the package was never scanned in their system) and feel uncertain that I’ll ever receive my package or compensation for my shipping fees or lost items. I strongly advise against using this UPS store for any shipping needs. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service is simply unacceptable.
