I went in to get a form notarized — it was a GA affidavit. I was told it couldn’t be notarized in FL. I left and went to the UPS on Mahan and had it done. Funny enough I had this exact same affidavit notarized at the village square location last year. The notary needs to go back and learn the rules!

Very easy with a code. A guy in the back came out right away, asked if anyone was using Amazon return, and I was out of there in a matter of minutes.

When we fly, we always send a box ahead of time so we do not have to check a bag. UPS has a service that will allow you to mail anything to an affiliate branch store. Most stores charge a minimal fee for doing this. This location was the least expensive out of all of our travels. By the way, great customer service and everyone were polite and friendly. The customer service is impeccable. The employees are ALWAYS fast, personable, helpful and efficient. I go to this location every time as a result. And have even shipped items at a higher price than USPS because of the good and fast service.

What a cohesive team! Everyone was so nice and very professional. You could tell that everyone had been trained well. I've been to 3 other different UPS stores in the last month for various reasons, and each of them could learn from store #1962
