My package that I send overnight for a real estate closing was lost. The staff would not help me and were very unprofessional, They kept saying that they are not UPS although UPS is written all over the store and their shirts. They said that I need to go somewhere else to resolve the issue. They would not even give me a phone number that I call to check on the package. The assistant manager Kya was so rude. I will never ship or use any UPS store again.

Love this store at Kelly Forest Parkway, fast, easy returns with QR code, friendly staff and convenient location. Easy parking.

This people are very unprofessional and the manager is a liar!! This is not the first time they give packages to the wrong person, and can’t get it back, and the lowlife people in tally keep the packages that are not theirs!!!!

This is my go to for UPS. The service is reliable and open after 5 and on Saturday. Once I enter, I am always greeted by the friendly staff. If you have questions, they are more than happy to assist you. I just needed a small package shipped. I was in and out with no wait. They made getting my package to the location simple and fast. I recommend this location.

They saved me a trip. I was able to email the docs I wanted to fax, when done, they called, and I paid by phone. Received my confirmation by email and everything. Talk about saving time!

Go to Fedex Store.Here they charge for Computer time by default, even if it takes 2 minutes to retrieve a document from our own pen drive and print. I got 1 colored copy of 1 single page and it was:Comp time per hr $ 2.50 + Tax $ 0.19 + 1 Color Copy $ 0.49 + Tax $ 0.04 = Total $ 3.22Fedex only charges for copies !

I went into the store and tried to email a label to the girl at the counter and I was having difficulty sending it and I asked the girl to look at my phone three times to make sure I was sending it to the right email address and she confirmed three times it was correct. When I said for the fourth time please check the address is correct the man behind the counter next to her rudely said she’s told you three times I had my fill. I was to the store at Bannerman crossings, they had no problem helping me with also being very polite.

I have never been so pleased with a shipping facility before. I worked most with Isaac and he was beyond attentive, respectful, and knowledgeable about all of the services. I would highly recommend for any of your shipping needs. They also excel with large projects!

Seriously.... who owns this hole? Who's choosing the lack of talent here? If it weren't for this prime location... TOAST!!!Edit - I am sorry that your choices are "slim" in this joke of a Tallahassee labor pool. I am sorry for you and for me. However ... a UPS store requires hustle ... it's the nature of the business. I hope you will agree that some people are made for hustle and some are made for a janitorial night shift.I added a star because the place is clean.

Worst ups store I ever seen.The girls works there refused to printout an Amazon return label saying 2.75 to print each label.Even refused to scan them asked me to email them to her. Very disappointed
