Clean facility and plenty of climate-controlled units. I like how Storage King has the ability to assist you when you call. I was able to change a unit over the phone, during after-hours. I spoke with Dave over at the Alexis Lane location and received very good customer service. I would definitely use this location again and recommend it to anyone looking for a self storage location in Tallahassee.

As I entered the premises I was lost on where to go and who to talk to. I got approached by a Young gentleman named Dave, he was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the company and helped me with my questions and concerns. Very helpful, he made my experience at Storage King USA a good one that moving forward if anyone was to ask where is a good storage unit I will definitely recommend this one.

We were transitions from a larger unit at the same location to a smaller unit. Our sales rep instructed us to start the process online and then he’d take care of the rest of the way and that’s what went down. We were able to get another unit in the same building. Doubt that would’ve happened with the online systems algorithms

I have used Storage King located in Tallahassee, FL (Alexis) location for over 5 years now. It is kept clean plenty of light surrounding the units. I have had a very good experience all these years! Today, Mr. Dave Francoey, helped me stop my auto pay and answered every question I had. A very helpful and kindly man. It has been a good experience.
