We have been clients of Storage King Capital Circle since 2018, even before it was bought by Storage King. But we just discovered that their biggest recent boost came when they invited Dave to work the busy weekends for them. He is a consummate professional in every way, and explained one of my billing questions to me in a considerate and respectful, manner. My husband, who was with me, was enjoying a chance encounter in the parking lot beforehand with a fellow firefighter and his wife that we had not seen in many years. We were able to endorse this Storage King Facility as a safe place to store their her mother's belongings. But the icing on the cake was when, ever-friendly Dave, welcomed us inside and volunteered to take a photo of the four of us as we traded jokes. I would just add that I didn't realize it at the time, but he took a great photo of us that included a sign promoting Storage King on the wall behind us. Now, smilin' Dave is one good-hearted and smooth employee that y'all need to hang onto! I will post the photo as it appeared on our firefighter friend's Facebook page:

Airon was amazing! I have never rented a unit before and was intimidated by the process but he made everything so easy and affordable for a college kid! 100% recommend this place i had a great experience!

Great , friendly staff I recommend everyone to go here for their storage needs. Staff is very helpful. I use the storage unit for about three months and all of my items are still sitting in great shape no mold or mildew highly recommend.

I cannot day enough great things about Dave at Storage King. When I arrived this morning he was wrapping things up with a client. I immediately noticed how genuinely personable he was with her. I knew right then I was in good hands. Dave gave me premier customer service and was able to find me exactly what I was looking for. Btw this is the first review I have ever written, but I felt compelled to do so. I would highly recommend Storage King for all your storage needs!

Airon Ward, Assistant Property Manager has excellent customer service. I was stuck in traffic and he waited for me to arrive and it was after his time there. He is extremely polite and courteous. He also offered me and explained the Referral Card Program and asked if I was a Military member for special discounts which unfortunately I was not. Thank you so much Mr. Ward. God Bless you.
