Sent a time sensitive certified legal letter out on Monday and today (Saturday) it still hasn’t arrived. The people that operate the Leon County postal service need to be fired and their files marked “retarded”.

Terrible place. I ordered a $50 motor part 6 months ago and have yet to receive it. I filed a claim and they denied it, even though it says “couldn’t reach destination” in red. Here I am again, I ordered a $480 motor part 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive it. It was supposed to be here in 3 days.

I was very skeptical at first because the reviews are so bad, but I want to thank very much the lady at the passport window, I believe Emma is her name,very professional,nice and kind.My passport arrived earlier than I expected, and shortly after the original of my citizenship papers that I sent in with the application.Good job!

The older black lady with the wig DEBORAH who was working up front on 2-1-24 was rude and impatient she tried to force a decision with sending my package off BEFORE giving me the opportunity to verify a piece of information. She kept telling me to hit continue on the screen after she told me that it’s a possibility my package would be sent back without the piece of information that I needed so she threw my package to the side and just started helping other people I didn’t mind at all. I’m stepping aside so other people could be helped that way I wasn’t holding up the line, but she was very rude and doesn’t need to work around people anymore. Especially if she is going to be rushing them and throwing their packages to the side

This is a truly bad postal station. I stopped the mail two times when I went on vacation. Both times they continued to deliver the mail. I am now dealing with a check that was mailed to me and is lost. I have informed delivery. I saw a picture of the check in the hands of this postal station, but it was not delivered. Will they lose the replacement check as well? Whoever runs this post office should be removed.
