Had a package dropped off at the dropbox on a Thursday afternoon and it is Saturday in my package is still not scanned in! As a seller on eBay, this is very frustrating! Thanks to y’all. I’m probably gonna get a bad review so that’s why y’all are getting one. Do better!! I wish I could give y’all zero stars, but that’s not an option!

Tracking showed out for delivery, later showed ready for pickup, go to pickup and they can’t find package. This is why they should not keep messing around with USPS budget, if it gets much lower it won’t be worth keeping

I have had nothing but amazing experiences at this USPS location. Sure the wait times can be long, but it’s a government office this is to be expected. The customer service is amazing, Dex and Vincent in particular is extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. BEST USPS is Tallahassee!!

Gone are the days when you could mail a simple 6lb package. The new system they bought expects you to read a screan agree to all types of stuff. Back in the day you could just mail anything easy. The cashier talked constantly shouting numbers and asking are you sure. YES FOR THE THIRD TIME. Sorry but the crap they are shoveling is just as bad as the BILLIONS, they are loosing each year. The post office has got to go! We pay in tax dollars then we are overcharged when we need to mail something. That was my last visit.

I CONTINUALLY HAVE MY PACKAGES MISS DELIVERED, NOT THE REGULAR CARRIER, BUT SUBS DELIVERING FOR THE REGULAR .
CARRIER. When I call the office at centerville I can never get anyone to answer the phone.

Extremely unreliable. In December of 2023, I dropped off over 20 hand-made Christmas cards for delivery and not a single one arrived at its destination. This is certainly not the first time they have 'lost' or misdelivered my mail :(

This post office is pretty busy at all times. I went in right around 9 a.m. to try and beat the rush. Even though there were only two people behind the counter they were so fast I was helped and out in no time at all. Both employees were friendly and helpful and the facility was clean and very well stocked for any and all shipping needs. I was very impressed with my visit!

Confused how they can be closed for any event in history with no warning online or anything other than a paper taped to the door. Drove all the way out to ship out my packages for nothing. Disappointing

horrible customer service by supervisor. I went to track a package there twice over a period of 10 days and no resolution: nobody cares about your package. Online tracking is messed up and the supervisor just does not want to resolve it and instead told me as to why I am coming again and again:?????? is this real: do we need such a system.
