I went at 4:55 and was told that they were closed. Posted hours state 5:00pm. If that’s not their hours, they need to fix it. I decided to give UPS my business since they honor their posted hours.

I have lived in the Killearn Lakes area for over 30 years and have frequented the Killearn Lakes, Bradfordville, Florida USPS location numerous times. I will do my best to NEVER go back. Today I experienced the WORST Customer Service EVER at ANY USPS facility in my life. The staff was RUDE, unhelpful, and basically embarrassed us all when I asked for assistance (2nd visit by the way) in locating an important package that required signature. I was told I was on my own to find even though the instructions left with me said to come there. Both staff members need some Customer Service training. I am not surprised that the USPS in under audit and investigation in Tallahassee. Very disturbing that a citizen gets treated so nasty in public by Federal employees being paid by my taxes and as a customer. I'll pray for them.

Dropped off over 30 graduation invitations in the box outside on April 8th and it is now May 6th and no one has received their invitation. We spent a lot of money on invitations and stamps to have them lost forever is totally unacceptable!! Never trust the USPS to get your mail to its destination.

I would give 5 stars if they weren't understaffed, which isn't the fault of this location. Both of the regular workers are very good at their job! A is a super-nice, easy going guy and gets all the compliments, but make no mistake, L is very knowledgeable and efficient, but she does run a tight ship. I see some complaints about her being rude, but my take is that she knows if she is lenient on the times, that she will not get to take her lunch break or get to close on time, so cut her some slack there folks. Make sure you are there and in line 20 min before they close for lunch or at the end of the day, maybe even earlier on holidays. I agree with the person that suggested they install a machine that will scan our packages and spit out a receipt... that would be AWESOME, as that is all I usually need!

Been there twice now and both times the male employee had a great attitude. They really could us the self service machine for those of us who just need receipts for dropping off packages.

Arrived before closing time, lights out and door locked. Only person inside was a USPS worker shutting down before closing time. Wouldn't even come to the door. Not like reviews actually matter to government.

Dirty unkempt post office, little to no light, rude employees and 9/10 times I go there they tell me their system is down, and I must drive to a further USPS.
