I started a contract with Verizon for a new iPhone 12 and the gateway home internet in July 2022. First off, the phone screwed up after 1 month and they sent me a reconditioned version home after I pad new price. No big deal, a year later, my gateway just stops working one day. Called technical support 13 different times and couldn’t get a resolution, took the gateway to this location, explained the issue. And was told, I’m sorry, we can’t make this work. We got caught disquising those as cell phone lines and were ordered to shut them off. Um , ok. If you knowingly did that, don’t you think it would be fair to inform the customer and not charge them? But no, Verizon is going to steal your money anyway possible. After this I added hotspot to my phone to run my devices at home. Never worked. I tried to resolve, never worked on the 12. Until I told them they hadn’t held up to thier end of the deal and that I was leaving. Bought an AT&T phone. Shut off Verizon service. Naturally, they wanted payment for the phone. I told them I would bring it back to them and they said not acceptable. I said ok so I have a useless phone you sold me . Was pissed off and came back later to pay the balance after I sold the phone and was told that Verizon doesn’t report balances to the credit bureau if I needed more time. From an Individual in this store. Just went to apply for a mortgage and this bullshit is on my credit report. I will never spend another cent with Verizon Wireless and I will try to vier anyone whom I know away from this garbage service provider if the conversation approaches. Do not recommend Verizon wireless. Furthermore, I can have a representative on the phone from AT&T in 35 seconds. Verizon’s automated system is a pain in the ass designed to not get you to a human.

Terrible!! Fake treat you like you are stupid and the manager at this store lets the worker with the Lords supper necklace pick fights with you in front of everyone even around other customers!! What manager goes to the back of the store to figure out two cell phones from 12 days ago an Apple I phone 16 and an Apple Iphone 14 to see my taxes and the restocking fee what was it like $10 out the door? Then your worker Lords supper necklace came out from back of store to pick a fight with me!!!! and I told this guy I had mental problems when I came in the store Jan 4 2025 to get a phone for me and 3 teenage girls!! he came out and intimidated me with his finger and said "So you said I was rushing you with your cell phone sale and this is a bigger black guy I said "no you were rushing because it was 5 and you was trying to get off " then he just walks off as I am still talking and the manager comes out and noone apologizes. Really? I just wanted a 6 inch bigger screen I didnt care what phone brand !!! I rode to 3 different verizons in like 5 days!!! WHY!!!

Visited the store just to look at new phones. I had a lot of questions and concerns. The store manager Anthony ended up helping me. He thoroughly answered all my questions and helped me get everything I needed for my family. He even helped me resolve an issue a few weeks after I completed my purchase. Good customer service and professional business is hard to find. He provided excellent service! I usually don’t leave reviews but I’m very pleased with my purchase!

The representative was so rude, I have never been so mad when I left a Verizon store than I was this day, and then he has the audacity to call me from his private line to offer me the one thing he denied me in the store after I filed a complaint on him! (Adding a new line)

I have been a Verizon customer for approx. 20 years & have used this store regularly during that time. I have always found the staff very helpful whether purchasing or requiring service assistance. Recently I needed assistance in replacing the Zagg screen protector for my Samsung device. I went to this store and made contact with Anthony who took care of the issue for me very professionally & promptly. As always, excellent customer service.

Brianna was very courteous and quite knowledgeable with technology. She was whipping through my phone faster than I ever could. I'm leaving here in a good mood and can't say enough about Brianna. Thank you very much!

Unpleasant experience with Verizon rep, "Corey". While trying to find out why the bill jumped $45 in July, Corey pulled up my account/ bill for last 6 months on the store tablet. I pointed out where price jumped in July, and he clicked on July, and showed me the cost per line that month. He claimed the total price went up because a credit to the account, from a previously overpaid bill, had stopped being applied. But, I pointed out that didn't change the amount being billed per month, just the amount due. I politely asked, "Why did the bill go up then? Can you show me the previous month. Just click back and show me the previous month" .. He told me he wasn't "fittin to do that" and I'd "have to call billing". I asked if he could just click on my June bill that was right in front of him on the tablet one click away, and I pointed at the tablet. He said "don't touch my tablet". I said , "I didn't touch your tablet. I don't need to touch your tablet. Just pointing. Can you just click on the previous month and show me the cost per line so when I call billing I know how much it went up per line". He said, no, he wasnt going to do that. I asked if he had any other customers waiting or anything else he had to do. He didn't. He may have realized that he gave me the wrong explanation for why my account jumped, and wanted to disappear before it was very evident that he didn't know what he was talking about and wasn't even speaking logically about what was on the screen. He was already looking stupid but it was about to become very evident with the other screen pulled up just how incompetent he was. He told me, with an attitude, that he wasn't going to help me. He started walking away, and I asked if maybe he didn't want to work in customer service for Verizon , he maybe should go work in a kitchen. He didn't like that, and turned around and started walking towards me menacingly. I told him to get out of here. He said "what are you going to do about it" . Another employee asked me to leave, so I did, but management up there is lacking if they keep someone like that around in a customer service position interacting with customers, when he's incompetent, and doesn't attempt to make up for that with manners or helpfulness. I'm a 20-plus year customer of Verizon, with an almost $200 a month, 4 line family plan, and we will now be changing providers forever. T-Mobile never looked so good. Verizon HR can do better. I'd like to think Corey could do better than he was today. But he would need better training. He leaves us with not much faith in the manager at this location either. It took one phone call and 4 minutes to find out Verizon stopped giving a discount for autopay unless you use a Verizon card or direct Bank account link. I didn't need Corey to figure that out. I just needed him to be polite and attempt to be helpful and not an asshole. I was meekly asking for his assistance to simply show me the June monthly bill that was in his hands on the screen, one click away.. That I had just given him access to. The guy is an idiot. If you don't believe me, give him a competency exam. Wouldn't let the guy near my organization.

I e been here twice this past week and the first time I was told to go to another store to get help with my verizon phone. The second time was today to get a new charger and they didn't have any single chargers so I was told to either wait till they dont know when or buy a dual one. Turns out my charger doesn't charge any of my devices after being asked what I was charging. Completely shitty service with people who don't know what they are doing.
