I'm only giving 5 stars because of Amanda and thankfully by her Dan she put the icing and the ✨️ on the cake. I do not enjoy on my day off going into o any type of "service buildings" these days because reps or providers are so airy and out of touch with reality and have no perspective of personality. Yet Amanda is a gem! If I ever have a reason to go into a verizon or need assistance from verizon I'm only walking i to ask for Amanda she not only handled business exactly how I expected 💯 she also gave me peace of mind and unconditional person to person service like we have lost in this country. For 10+ years with verizon not only was i excited to upgrade ^ but I understood what I was upgrading for and why it became necessary. Attention to detail and not the b.s straight business and thats what I needed to continue with my services from verizon FINALLY and this was in person 🙌

Very nice place never had any shenanigans going on there. You know how sales men are. These guys are straight up Justin heads up the place. He’s the best straight shooter loves to fish and have a good time. Great place.

Justin was great - a big help in making the decision regarding which new phones to consider. He spent a lot of time drilling down to get us the best deal available to us and was very patient with our questions. I would highly recommend this Verizon location !

Great customer service by Dave here. He had to escalate my unusual voicemail problem to second tier Verizon tech support to solve my problem. He was patient and courteous while we waited for Verizon on the other end to finally puzzle out the answer.

I came into the store to get my fiancee's line changed over to my account. After speaking and going over all my options I ended up upgrading her phone, getting an ipad, and another line with an iphone under the impression that the cost per month will be about the same as it would be with me just adding her to my plan alone. I asked over and over again about the price just really wanting to make sure that the quoted number was going to be what is on my future bill (sounded too good to be true) and was assured that this was the case. I agreed and walked away with two new phones and an ipad. When I logged onto my account the next day my estimated bill was almost $70 more per month than what we agreed on. I have spent a total of over 6 hours at this store the past two weekends and was only able to get my monthly bill down to about $50 more than our initial agreement. While they have made an effort to get the bill down it is still nowhere near the price point we initially negotiated. After dealing with all of this I'm extremely disappointed, frustrated, and feel deceived. Now I'm stuck paying more for the next 36mo that I initially agreed to. This place feels more like a car dealership than a Verizon store

Good customer service, but sneaked in a Device protection plan along with my upgrade which later I had to spend at least an hour with the customer service to remove it from my bill. Could be the part of the up selling strategy.

I updated our 3 phones and Tabyas Clayton went above and beyond! He was professional, worked with me for as long as it took....and it took a while and several days...as one of the trade in phones took a while. He reviewed our plan, reduced our costs, made my husband received credit as a veteran. He even helped me connect it to our car's software. Finally, he was available and answered questions on his day off...not once...but several times. I highly recommend this place and Mr. Clayton. His service was superb!!! In fact, all the sales representatives were nice, accommodating, helpful, etc.

The guy helping us was very nice and informative. The process to get my new phone did take a very long time. The reason is still unknown. Upon leaving and the app updating I now see I am being charged more than what was said in store.
