Haven't had to visit the Verizon store much, but im truly glad I went to the Tennessee St location. I had just got off work and really didn't wanna deal with much of anything but Amanda really changed all of that. Not only did she have exceptional customer service, she was very intune with her job. Her primary focus was not only aiding us to get the best but she was so patient and kind. Thank you so much

Briana did an amazing job setting me up as a new customer with a new phone and plan, she was able to get me in and out very quickly and was very knowledgeable about her job and ways to assist me.

We were misled by a salesperson at this location into believing that by switching from AT&T to Verizon we could have virtually the same monthly bill for our family (~$230/month) while upgrading our phones and paying an initial activation fee.
Instead, two months later we received a bill for $600 and we were told that our next bill would be more than $400 and the monthly bills after that would be $330. This news came just before the holiday season.
I am extremely disappointed and angry about this and can’t see how this could have happened unless the sales person lied to us.

Definitely would recommend Carlos, he's amazingly kind and will definitely help you get the best deal you can in your phone. He went above and beyond to help me make sure I could get my new phone when he saw my old one was on its last leg. Thank you Carlos!! Because of customer service like his is why I will always be a Verizon customer

Nick Allen was amazingly helpful. The system went down in the process of him upgrading my line. He was diligent and kind. He was determined to make sure we were satisfied. Nick is just plain awesome!!!! My husband and I give Nick a 10 out of 10.

Amanda is amazing! Over the past week I have been to 3 different Verizon stores, and Amanda has by far been the most helpful. She was able to assist me with multiple different things with my account and was so, so quick. I’ll definitely be using this store from now on :)

So we just walked in to the Tennessee location and Mr.David was working. We were NOT greeted me or my fiancé and another black male walked in and he didn’t greet him either. Very poor customer
