This is to say that Dayshon Dwight is without doubt the most helpful employee at Verizon in the village Square location that I have ever encountered. He knew how to do things that not one other employee in the store knew how to do it. He transferred information from one phone to another, which no one else knew how to do quickly efficiently, kindly supportively so that I in fact will be coming back to the store again. I went to get new service .as I walked in store someone in back blurted out no dogs u must leave . So I did with my little buddy. He goes everywhere with from nursing/senior homes to r/ving . No worries T-MOBILE hook me up with no issues.

Here was my problem, we have been with verizon since 2017. Our last contract was three years and started out monthly at 210.00 by the end of our contract, we were paying 242.00 and they could never tell us why. Our last two payments, for some reason, we're jacked up to 280.00. This is for 2 lines. They messed up on their end and admitted it. But still wanted us to pay. We will never be Verizon, customers ever again. And I would never refer somebody ever to verizon. Absolutely terrible.

Don’t come to this location I work with an employee name Dayshon he added a line on my parents account with no explanation increasing our bill by 60 dollars.

Deshaun was incredibly helpful and very patient with our questions! My mom was upgrading from an iPhone 8 to a 16 so he took the time to explain all the plan and phone differences and really made my mom feel comfortable with her choice! Highly recommend!

I purchased a new phone a couple of weeks ago. I had received multiple promotional emails about a Galaxy S25. When I met with a sales representative, I made it clear I wanted to keep my current/old phone. No mention was made of needing to trade it in and that if I didn't trade it in the monthly fee would be a additional $20 (approximate). Since getting the new phone, I received a couple of emails about bringing in the trade-in. I went back to the store. Despite the discussions from 2 weeks ago, they refused to take any action to correct this for a 14-year customer. I was told that I: 1) could bring in my old phone, 2) pay the extra monthly fee, or 3) undo what was done 2 weeks ago (having invested time and money into the new phone and purchasing a phone case elsewhere). The manager absolutely refused to make this right and honor what I had previously been told. He said I could call customer service. Customer service basically said I would have to deal with the store.
