The worst Agent/Agency office I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and go to another Agent in Tallahassee. If you ask them to call you back on VM they wait Two weeks, if you email them they get back to you Four-Five days later. I have a new insurance company because these people are very bad.
On my original review I forgot to add, when I called to cancel my policy, because I got a new policy with another company, I was hung up on right after I mentioned, “Cancel.” I called back Four times and no one picked up.
I had to contact the corporate customer service number.

Buyers Beware! Bait and Switch happened to us. I have been a State Farm Customer for over 25 years and have always had a great experience, until recently. We decided to move my fiancé over to my policy and were original told it would be approximately $88 per month. When the bill arrived it was $105 and we were told that insurance is going up and they were sorry. We decided to accept this disappointing news and decided to move to an office closer to our home in South Wood. After only having the policy for less than three months they raised her policy to $135 per month using the same ole sorry excuse after already accepting a $17 discrepancy two months prior. We are currently working with our new office to remedy the situation and as of this review have yet to see any real progress in taking care of us. If we were aware that these practices would take place we would have never switch her over to my policy. We were mislead to begin with and then it appears that we were punished for switching to a branch that was more convenient for us. After we decided to move I received a call from this office wanting to know why we were moving and used pressure tactics to try and keep us there. The young man said he could not understand why we would ever want to leave them. Then a month and half later we get another unexpected raise way beyond reasonable with zero explanation other than sorry things are just going up. Keep in mind that there was no accidents, tickets or any violations that would warrant such a steep increase not once, but twice in less than three months. This is something I think all potential buyers should be aware of. I very rarely write a reviews, good or bad, but I feel this needed to be bought to peoples attention.

Before moving to a new complex,, I had some information I needed to update for my renter's insurance. What could have been needlessly difficult was mad every easy by John and Jenny.

Got help getting a new renter's insurance policy from John. He was able to get me better coverage at a better rate and caught biggest mistake done by other insurance company. John was very helpful answering all my questions, and made the process super simple and easy. Also Thank to Jennie for quick turn around on my phone calls.

Long Time policy holder. Called and the woman who answered could care less if we go elsewhere. Ask if a wind mitigation would lower the cost and said no way to tell and to get one and they would see. Other companies will quote you no problem. They must have too much business

I was actively searching for Auto Ins. for several weeks. I was not to thrilled with the responses I was receiving. My voice mail had a few messages from Mr. Wesley of a good deal for me so I called and indeed he did. The whole office to include Casey, Jenny, Mrs. Wanda and John where the most professional I have had the pleasure of communicating with. All concise and knowledgeable and no waiting.
I have told a couple of neighbors about this excellent group. Keep up the good work and thank you, Harry.

State Farm has been amazing since we've been insured with them. I had the pleasure of having a video conference with Mr. Kerr today about how my experience was going and an overall look at my coverage, to make sure I was protected adequately. Mr. Kerr was very kind and professional, he answered all my questions in detail. I absolutely love that they have implemented reaching out to their customers on a personal level. I would definitely recommend State Farm to everyone. If you do decide to switch to this company, definitely take advantage of the drive safe discount, it is worth it.
