This is my favorite Walgreens, mostly because it is right by my home and my office. There are three ways in/out of the parking lot: from an access road off Apalachee Pkwy, from Magnolia, and from the Buffalo Wild Wings parking lot. Staff are friendly/helpful, and there's a decent selection of just about everything including frozen pizza, oat milk, local microbrews, holiday sweets, supplements, OTCs, and personal care products. They also have the usual selection of nicotine products. The store is clean and quiet (including the bathrooms). The only service they offer that I recommend avoiding is the FedEx hold service. I've had a number of issues with this, including them giving my package to someone else.Walgreens has an app that lets you pay and earn rewards through it. They just scan your screen at the register. It also allows you to order through the app and pick up at the store or have your stuff delivered. If you're into couponing, shopping via the app will show you coupon codes you can apply at checkout.

Pharmacy is labeled 24 hours in the hospitals. After an emergency. My family was prescribed medications. When we went to pick up they were closed. Just the pharmacy, the most important part. I definitely would have had the meds sent somewhere OPEN. not ok when dealing with serious issues. Maybe tell the hospitals your new hours... Just my experience. With the pharmacy.

Terrible in all around. First time here. How is it that 2 items didn't have a price on it when the employee tried scanning them at the register? After waiting a while for him to find a price for them that he couldn't find, I walk back to grab another item instead and then the 2nd item that I grabbed didn't have a price on it either? Are you serious?? What kind of business is this? I didn't even waste my time. I left all my items there and walked out. Didn't even bother asking to speak to a manager. They seriously need to get it together.

Never thought I'd have so many issue with a pharmacy. Never answer the phone and when they do they are completely incompetent and don't know what's going on and put you on hold for 15 minutes. Whenever I'm in there they have at least 7 pharmacy calls on hold that they just aren't answering. Prescriptions are never filled on time. Half the time when I go in they say they don't have anything ready for me and then tell me they are backed up so it will take 4+ hours.

Horrible. My insurance changed so I switched back to Walgreens after a couple of years away. All too quickly I remembered why I switched. MONTH AFTER MONTH Walgreens continues to get my prescriptions wrong. They do this in a variety or new exciting ways, rarely the same way twice. One month they have only half my pills, so I have to come back (their fault) but I am one day late so they put my prescription "back". The next month, my phone number was deleted from my account magically so all my auto-refills were cancelled. And on and on. It's quite creative how many ways these pharmacy employees manage to screw up 2 prescriptions I need monthly, exactly the same every month. After 16 months of consistent incompetence, I am switching to Publix pharmacy because I literally get angry just driving to Walgreens now in preparation of the BS they NEVER FAIL to put me through. I've even switched Walgreens within this town to (hopefully) have less problems and IT DIDN'T WORK. This place is a sh!tsh0w, if you're a manager of a pharmacy at Walgreens- I want you to know I think you are really bad at hiring & doing any kind of work. Please fire everyone including yourself and start over.

Don't. Just don't. Wild goose chase for a vital Rx for 2.75 hours. Three reps with poor customer service. The second one told me the first one went off shift 17 minutes after he was supposed to ask the pharmacist to transfer my Rx. She then told me to pull around. By the time I had, the manager was closing a register, gave me the slit-throat no-go sign, DELIBERATELY put the big red "closed" sign in front of me, and they both shrugged shoulders. Wow, I guess Wal-Mart isn't so bad after all.

The young female in the back act like she don't like African American. She was so nasty make me don't want to go there anymore.
