I rarely write reviews but this is the absolute worst pharmacy location ever. I have been placed on hold for almost an hour and when I finally speak with a manager is when I get assistance. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I have been going back and forth for days regarding my prescription because they keep filling the wrong one after myself and my physician informed them of the correct medication. They tell me I will have to wait a few days for the correct prescription but then an hour later I see its ready in my app. My husband goes to pick it up for me and it is still the wrong one after I had already spoken to three/four people at this point. This happens every time and it is very inconvenient. I try to be very understanding because I know people and companies have rough days but it is getting a little too much.

Worst Walgreens in town. Being put on hold close to 7:30 pm it seems is a normal procedure for them. Rude staff with an I don't care attitude. WILL NEVER use them again. One star is actually one too many

Friendly staff greet you as you enter. The shelves are well stocked, and it's a clean store. The fact that it was open until 11:00 pm tonight, was very convenient for me.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with.
I called and was place on hold of 20 minutes. Very poor service. Medicine is never ready on time. Not even an apology.. yes I will be changing pharmacy I can't and will not spend my money where I'm not appreciated.

Cons: To unlock these hidden gems, you’ll need a membership card—an increasingly common toll on the road to savings. While it’s not a huge inconvenience, surrendering your phone number to yet another company feels like handing over a key to your digital self. And then there was the cashier, whose demeanor echoed the lethargy of a sleepy zombie—a stark contrast to the vibrant energy of the store itself.
A bit of polish on the customer service side, and this store could truly shine like a diamond in the retail world.

I pick up meds today I was giving someone else's meds with the name scratch out on the bottle with a black marker not only when I returned it to them they gave my my right meds how do I file a complaint

I’ve been using this Walgreens for about a year and have always had great interactions with the pharmacists. They tell me right away when my meds aren’t in stock and have helped me with options if I need the med sooner than they would get it back in stock. Always kind and patient.

Careful with Cynthia, she will mess up your cash transactions, count the cash multiple times, then give up and turn it around on you. Just go to a different store before she messes with your money too.
