Did not expect to wind up at Walgreens.Originally had gone to nearby Dollar Tree to get some mailing supplies and they didn't have much. I only wound up buying packing tape there. Walgreens consequently was next on my list to get a box and bubble wrap.This Walgreens, much like Dollar Tree, looked ransacked as they were out of a lot of items. I fortunately managed to snag the last box, but that in itself was a miracle. I had hoped to get all the needed goods in one place, but oh well.

Said 5 mins again and again and made us wait for 40 mins. All for “processing insurance” for booster. Finally we asked the price without insurance, and it was $2. Yup, they made us wait 40 mins for $2.When we offered to pay, they still took 10 mins dealing with customers who came after us, and 10 mins of other stuff before finally administering the booster. Overall, we waited for 1 hour for a booster that took 2 mins.

Threatened to call the cops on me and after 5 years I will not be returning. A couple days ago I arrived at open (8:59am) in the drive through. Once the gate went up, I was asked for identifying info by the female pharmacist and she proceeded to take my phone with my good rx pin as well as my debit card. She walked away and after some time (9:10) an intern approached the computer at the window. I asked where my card was and she didn’t seem to understand how long my card had been out of view. She could not control her emotions and long story short the police became involved. The officer along with my boyfriend were sold two medications of my three prescribed while I stayed outside in the car. My inhaler was not sold though it was specifically referenced during our interaction. I did not immediately realize this and the next time I needed my inhaler, I did not have it. I returned and spoke with Tamira the ASST. Manager she was supremely helpful in resolving needing my inhaler. I unfortunately overheard the same pharmacist from a day prior call me a liar to the AM. The assistant manager, herself, found my inhaler and sold it to me. I wouldn’t trust the pharmacist and intern at this pharmacy because they are cultivating an unprofessional environment.

This pharmacy staff is very ghetto and unprofessional. Close the whole store. I was told my medicine will be ready after five. Got a delay message so I called to see when I could pick it up. Very rude pharmacist told me she didn't know when it would be in. These people in this building need to be fired including the management NO one in this Walgreens seems to care that medicine saves people lives THEY ARE CLEARLY THERE JUST FOR THEY CHECK NOT FOR THE PEOPLE

Kevin the pharmacy manager is awesome, so kind. I was having issues with my insurance and he took the time to call them and made sure the price was accurate. Very genuine person!

Placed an order for same day delivery and even called the store to confirm. The order kept getting delayed until I received notification it was delivered the next morning but nothing was at my door. This store processed the order but could not help with getting delivery information or even the contact number for Door Dash their delivery partner.

They seem short staffed because they don’t really want to take the time to talk to customers when they have questions about their medication. I am very sad I must use Walgreens with my insurance because I rather go somewhere a little kinder.

The pharmacy department is horrible. They close before their closing time and claim their “clocks say a different time.” Refused to give me my prescription even though I was at their desk before their closing time. Horrible, rude customer service. Not sure how these people got hired.

Made an appointment to get my Covid booster vaccine only to show up on time and see the pharmacy shut down. When I was finally able to flag down an employee, she said apparently the pharmacist had an “emergency” and they had to close it down until Monday. No call or notification about cancelling my appointment, so I drove all the way out there for nothing. Get it together already!!

Pick a different location to fill your medications. After being put on hold for over 15 minutes I was hung up on and had to call back and hold again for an additional 15 minutes... this happened 3 times in a row. I understand being busy but it is downright unprofessional to hang up on a holding phone call 3 times in a row.

I have not been to a single pharmacy in Tallahassee where a pharmacist has not had a bad attitude. Seriously, I call the pharmacy ready to deal with somebody else's bad day. Ridiculous. I guess I have every right to be a b*tch back right? Maybe that's why they're so mad all the time!
