When I showed up for a vaccine that was scheduled and approved online I was told that they didn’t have any of that vaccine in stock. I then asked to speak to the store manager (Derek) and he apologized for the inconvenience. I asked to pick up my wife’s prescription. He asked for our address and I provided that to confirm the prescription. As he was about to hand me the prescriptions, he asked me to fill in the last four digits of my wife’s phone number. It wasn’t my wife’s number because he was about to give me the prescriptions for someone unknown to me. I can’t trust them for something as critical as providing prescription medications. This is not the first time we’ve had problems with prescriptions at this location.

I made an appointment online for a vaccination. My appointment was confirmed and I filled out the paperwork online to expedite everything when I got there. When I arrived it took the pharmacy tech a while to figure out that they did not have the vaccine. I asked to speak to the store manager and he apologized for my wasted time. I asked to pick up my wife's prescription and they asked for our address to confirm they had the right prescription. One of the last steps as I was being handed the prescription was to enter the last four digits of my wife's phone number. The phone number displayed (less the last four digits) belonged to someone unknown to me. I saw the name and other information on the prescription bag and told the store manager (Derek) that the prescriptions were not for my wife. After scrambling around for a few more minutes, I was finally given the prescription's for my wife. This kind of carelessness is not acceptable when dealing with prescription medications.

The pharmacy is run by the devil himself. It's like everyday the employees show up to work pissed off and take it out on customers and their prescriptions.

Stopped by tonight to pick up prescription which was initially called to another location. Appreciate both the pharmacy staff and the gentleman at the cash register tremendously for their friendly service tonight. We are just passing by to get to our final vacation destination for the holidays. My husband had forgotten his medications at home. I must admit it was quite stressful for me, but the pharmacy staff was quick to get it filled for us. We got it in the nick of time before they closed. Phew... thank you all!!

The store as a whole is great. However, the pharmacy is horrific. I came to the store 2 days ago searching for an at home covid test. Approached the pharmacist and before I could get more than "do you have" she rolls her eyes and shouts NO we don't do those here. It says they have covid tests on the website. There was absolutely no need to be as rude and snarky as she was. HORRIBLE customer skills.

We have been using this pharmacy for several years because our insurance required it. I can't tell you the number of times that prescriptions were not filled when they were supposed to be, when employees at the pick up window were rude, and when I ordered refills on their app and they never got processed until I had to make a phone call to them. We don't want to deal with this anymore so we have now an insurance plan that allows us to transfer everything to CVS.

Horrible. My insurance changed so I switched back to Walgreens after a couple of years away. All too quickly I remembered why I switched. MONTH AFTER MONTH Walgreens continues to get my prescriptions wrong. They do this in a variety or new exciting ways, rarely the same way twice. One month they have only half my pills, so I have to come back (their fault) but I am one day late so they put my prescription “back”. The next month, my phone number was deleted from my account magically so all my auto-refills were cancelled. And on and on. It’s quite creative how many ways these ignorant, imbecilic pharmacy employees manage to screw up 2 prescriptions I need monthly, exactly the same every month. After 16 months of consistent incompetence, I am switching to Publix pharmacy because I literally get angry just driving to Walgreens now in preparation of the BS they NEVER FAIL to put me through. I’ve even switched Walgreens within this town to (hopefully) have less problems and IT DIDN’T WORK. This place is a sh!tsh0w, if you’re a manager of a pharmacy at Walgreens- I want you to know I think you are really bad at hiring u0026 doing any kind of work. Please fire everyone including yourself and start over.

A great place to get Coke Zero and wine when I can't stand to go into Publix. Very, very, very friendly staff. The pharmacy always seems to take forever, even when there's only a few people in line, and they've had issues timely verifying my meds at times.

This is only a review about the pharmacy. The store itself is fine, the clerks are usually great. But the PHARMACY IS WRECKED. Staff are great. Wide variety of products including pharmacy, shoes, toys, seasonal decorations, cosmetics, etc. Bathrooms could be cleaner.
