Dealing with Morgan today was a breath of fresh air, I had a couple questions over the phone and she was quick to be helpful and incredibly kind. Last time I was in the pharmacy there was a lot of miscommunication and judgement from the cashier regarding the price of my prescription. I do not have insurance and my meds usually cost under $30, she rang them up and they were over $300. I was shocked and asked why the price change was so drastic compared to the last several refills I had. She told me "Prices change, do you want them or not?" Which was super condescending and embarrassing. I asked if they accidentally gave me brand name instead of generic, she huffed "No," so I asked to talk to the pharmacist and it was discovered that they filled the wrong formulation of my medication entirely (extended release which contradicts the dosing instructions,) and the pharmacist was quick to apologize and fix the situation... But they didn't have the right quantity in stock. The pharmacist gave me a partial fill in the most economical way possible, and was very helpful working with my limited budget. I apologized to the cashier for the confusing situation, and expected she apologize for her attitude... She did not, was still rude and I hope Walgreens realizes that people like her are not a good face for the company.

Today I called this facility as both a professional and client. I called with authorization of a licensed medical professional for my sick pet and was treated horrendously by the alleged pharmacy manager “Morgan”. I have filed a complaint with corporate regarding this experience and am glad my office records every breath exchanged during calls; incoming and outgoing so it’s ALL recorded. I will not ever again go to this store for my or my pets needs ever again. It to me is an absolute blight on the image of this store and company. It was unprofessional on many levels. I shouldn’t be denied life saving medicine for either my pet or myself regardless if you like me; It’s just not ethical or moral to me. If Walgreens records their phone exchanges I hope this is addressed and resolved. Being on hold for 15 minutes without being told as a courtesy “you’re working on it” or “you’re busy” is bad communication which I expressed; and was then attacked for when it was brought to staff’s attention. My job was then called by an “angry” Morgan who was rude to my co worker who was like me just doing their job… this is outrageous…

I was fresh off of work first thing in the morning, and a young lady ( won't say her name ) went to great lengths to ensure that I found what I needed ! Kudos to her for a knockout job of multitasking and great customer service

I have used this pharmacy for five years, but I recently stopped doing so because their recent customer service is terrible. If there are no issues with your prescriptions they perform well enough, but if a prescription is out of stock their automated telephone system always tells you to call back in few hours. Once you get through to a person they are consistently unhelpful. One time I was on hold for 20 minutes, apparently because my original contact forgot I was waiting, another time I asked if other stores had the item in stock and they transferred me to a Walgreens which did not have it either, but their staff member was very clear about the situation which I appreciated (an example of good customer service from a different Walgreens). The final straw was when they cancelled one of my prescriptions entirely and told me to get my doctor to reissue it. I had it reissued to a different pharmacy.

Very nice stuff! I scheduled a COVID test for international travel in April 2023, but there was no pharmacist available that morning, so I was transferred to another Walgreens in just 15 minutes. Everything went smoothly and I got the test on time.

The absolute worst pharmacy...They tell you a prescription is ready, get to the store and they are out. Had to go to another pharmacy. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

My daughter’s prescription was sent to the pharmacy on Friday. Each time I called to check on the status, the automated message said it would be ready after 1:15 PM on Monday. After not being notified whether it was ready for pickup on Monday, I called to check the status after getting off from work. The automated message stated it was ready for pickup. She went to pick it up Tuesday afternoon. She called me while she was at the drive thru window and told me the cost. I sent her the money. She texted me almost 20 minutes later saying they made her come inside and she was waiting because her prescription was never ready. It took entirely too long to pick up a prescription that should have been ready.
