Terrible customer service from management. I transfer my rent via cash reload every month and the limit is $1,000 a day. Every time I go the white old lady manager lies and says the limit is $500 a day which is not true for any Walgreens. I believe she is passing this incorrect information along to other associates also. When I advised her that was incorrect and returned to complete my second deposit (which went through) she proceeded to ridicule me with another associate. Personally I feel like thats unacceptable and it's never a pleasurable shopping experience when she's around.

Always takes atleast 20 minutes on hold to get someone to answer at the pharmacy. Who ever is running this branch needs to hire a larger pharmacy team so they have some help.

Experienced a racist issue with a pharmacy staff. Would not recommend or visit again.

The cashier was polite, attentive, and had great customer service. I'm proud to be a part of the rewards program.

The stories this store lack’s professionalism and communication. I’ve had customers wait for days trying to get their prescriptions filled. I usually just send it somewhere else as a back up. The store is never stocked, tags are out of date. And the roaches and critters that are littered inside make anything edible a hazard. And when you have questions that are deeper than pamphlet knowledge it’s like you’ve started a hw assignment. Let alone the crazy deranged people they let roam the store I see a dude walking with a machete and threatening women but the staff don’t care. As long as the check clears I guess

Woman at the pharmacy is VERY rude & lazy to the point of completely denying customers to do anything (of her job). I will be finding out her name to report her to corporate.

I called in prescription on a Friday afternoon to pickup on Saturday afternoon. No call by Saturday evening, checked online and there was a note that there was an issue filling the prescription and I needed to call. Called Sunday afternoon, waited on hold for nearly an hour, was told they didn't see any issue but that the prescription wouldn't be ready till Monday at 11am, that they were swamped. They asked if I wanted generic and I told them no, they acknowledged and seemed to understand. Checked online Monday at 12pm only to find the prescription was still not ready and shows they are preparing the generic with no ETA. I called and waited on hold for over an hour until I was next in place, then was hung up on.I've had multiple experiences like this, with it being at its worst over the past few months. Recommend picking a different pharmacy, this store doesn't listen and it seems understaffed.

Wait time on the phone was long, but was made for by the pharmacist. She was very kind and helpful.

Said 5 mins again and again and made us wait for 40 mins. All for “processing insurance” for booster. Finally we asked the price without insurance, and it was $2. Yup, they made us wait 40 mins for $2.When we offered to pay, they still took 10 mins dealing with customers who came after us, and 10 mins of other stuff before finally administering the booster. Overall, we waited for 1 hour for a booster that took 2 mins.

Did not expect to wind up at Walgreens. Originally had gone to nearby Dollar Tree to get some mailing supplies and they didn't have much. I only wound up buying packing tape there. Walgreens consequently was next on my list to get a box and bubble wrap. This Walgreens, much like Dollar Tree, looked ransacked as they were out of a lot of items. I fortunately managed to snag the last box, but that in itself was a miracle. I had hoped to get all the needed goods in one place, but oh well.

Young intern threatened to call the cops on me sitting in my car at the pharmacy window and after 5 years I will not be returning. A couple days ago I arrived at open in the drive through. Once the gate went up, I was asked for identifying info by the female pharmacist and she proceeded to take my phone with my good rx pin as well as my debit card. She walked away and after some time (9:10) an intern approached the computer at the window. I asked where my card was and she didn't seem to understand how long my card had been out of view. She could not control her emotions and long story short the police became involved. The officer along with my boyfriend were sold two medications of my three prescribed while I stayed outside in the car. My inhaler was not sold though it was specifically referenced during our interaction. I did not immediately realize this and the next time I needed my inhaler, I did not have it. I returned and spoke with Tamira the ASST. Manager she was supremely helpful in resolving needing my inhaler. I unfortunately overheard the pharmacist from a day prior call me a liar to the AM. She would not assist in getting me my inhaler. The assistant manager, herself, found my inhaler and sold it to me. I wouldn't trust the pharmacist and intern at this pharmacy because they are cultivating an unprofessional environment.
