It's gotta be tough on these women trying to run this pharmacy with such high volume coming through the phone, doors and drive-thru. They took my script and got me out in a reasonable amount of time with smiles on their faces. ? Looks like the other reviewers would give these ladies a break.

The worst customer services ever. Their system sucks. You can’t get a paper receipt it’s texted to you. If you are set up in their system as a reward customer. I asked the cashier for my receipt. He told me he couldn’t get me a receipt. I told him I needed my receipt and he needed to get a manager. 5 minutes later a young lady appeared with a poor attitude and unconcerned. She then called someone else who had to print my receipt from the office. Either your system is broken or your cashier needs additional training. It should have not taken 15 to get a receipt of something I purchased a minute ago. All the staff was clueless. Then I was asked did I want a refund when all I needed was my receipt. ?????

There's a lot of things with this store. You gotta look at two thing. Either most the employees. Or worse manage to.A long time ago I had this question asked to me. But it was about a department in the store. We had just got a new assistant manager. She watched the department for about a week. One day asked me what's wrong with this department. It let me know 2 things.a business degree probably no retail experience. Also she had pulled my file. Saw I originally had been the department manger when store opened. Left and came back.Anyway. She wanted to know. Gave her same answer above. But knew something. During Christmas. Had a guy on 2nd shift helping. Everyone when he was there. Great attitude from employees. Stuff order right. Back put toghter perfect. He didn't do on he's own. It was a different morale.Explained I knew she looked at my file or she wouldn't be asking. Unfortunately it was the department manager. Which I told her. Also gave her advice to ask if that guy would run it. I didn't want it. They had 6 people over me when I did!So what's wrong here? The store manager. He doesn't realize I've spoke with him atleast a few years back if not more. If he was good at this job. The store employees would probably work better. Not that some don't. Even his assistant needs to go.This is the issue with this store!

The app doesn’t work half the time. I’ve had to call multiple times for some prescriptions because they “never saw it filled.” They don’t call or text when it’s ready either. I once filled a prescription to be delivered, 2 months went by and it never came. They are also supposed to call your doctor for refills but I’m told that’s my job. I’ve never been told that by a pharmacy before. If they’re out of stock they won’t let you know either. I need some of my medicine to survive. It shouldn’t take this long and if it does you need to tell people what’s going on so they can get their medication! I can’t just wait until next week to breathe!

Pharmacy took a very long time. They didn’t call to confirm a time or anything. They made me wait in the drive through for almost 30 minutes.

Our practice sent a patients husband to pick up prescriptions for a surgical appointment. Walgreens pharmacy was out of the prescription and instead of sending the Rx to another Walgreens pharmacy they instructed them to come back to our office and have us send it elsewhere. I tried calling the pharmacist three times and waited on hold 6 1/2 minutes before I was hung up on, called again and waited another 8 1/2 minutes and was hung up on and another 5. All three times someone picked up the phone and proceeded to put me back on hold without saying a word. As a provider this is unacceptable. What if the husband had his sedated wife with him? Or the practice was closed?

The worst experiences with any pharmacy - wrong billing to insurance, fill repeatedly with medicine you have notated numerous times on their record that you are allergic to, late with important medicines, they don’t care about the customer whatsoever, and disregard instructions about filling so you have to wait while they try lake their time to fix it.

I would not recommend dropping your film off to be developed here. Their mailing system sent my film to a random location, however, everytime I call they try their hardest to update me on the situation and I admire it.

let me start by saying I don't typically give negative reviews. I also work in customer service & I am very understanding & forgiving when it comes to mistakes or poor Service. Staff is good but waiting in the drive thru could eat up half of your day. For the life of me I don't know why they don't have cars that are up at the window but unable to serve right away either:- go around & get back in line,- come inside the store or- park outside the store until whatever they need is taken care of.Instead those of us who have everything in order& transactions would only take 3 minutes have to sit & wait for 1 car , while also 5-6 cars deep until that ONE car moves forward after sitting there for 30 minutes. And then there's a great possibility another car will also take just as long. I dread pulling in the Drive-Thru all the time & put it off because of this reason alone. But I'm stuck w/ Walgreens because of my insurance. When I finally got to the window I asked the employee why they didn't handle customers that were going to take longer differently & told her that some of us are on lunch breaks & this will get us in trouble with our boss & she said " I'm sorry it's just how we do it" .. another words we know it's a problem but we choose to ignore it & you & your time don't matter. customer service on almost all fronts have gone to hell. The only place you can go these days & not be disappointed is Chick-fil-A . each and every company should model themselves after Chick-fil-A.I hate to say this but the pharmacy on Amazon prime is starting to look better and better. And companies wonder why Amazon's putting them out of business. Get your s*** together businesses & figure out a better way to serve your customers.

So I bought stuff was waiting for my receipt, the afro American cashier takes both receipts that printed out the printer and puts it in his right pocket.I call manager to complain and she says he's an honest associate and would not check his pockets and basically calls me a liar, the customer and tells me to call back in 2 weeks and speak to the store manager who returns from vacation.This happened weds may 26th, at about 8:30 pmSo any potential coupons from my points reward program were basically stolen from me. No receipt given to me either.
