The lady working with people who drive up to get their medication was SO VERY UGLY to me tonight.
I was trying to answer the questions she asked. She ferociously slammed down the computer mouse from her and, then completely yelled at me at the top of her voice for about 3 minutes.
Walgreens in general has declined in their knowledge base and experience. My family and I have used them for a long time…decades! We seen a steady decline in service within the past 3-5 years if services provided and customer service each time we have to deal with that store
Please save yourselves from the constant fight you will encounter, when all you’re trying to do is to take your medicine and stay healthy.

The lady at the front counter is by far the rudest person I’ve ever met!! She said she was Kendra P. (The manager) But the guy working with her said she was lying ! You have lost my business and I’ll tell everyone I know what horrible customer service you have on here and on social media not that you care you a 3.2 rating for a reason!

Rude pharmacy employee! I was in the pick up line at 1:28. Other person in front of me left and I pulled up and they closed for lunch. Little dude says he works a 9 hr shift and only gets a 30 min break (which by law is not allowed). He wanted to argue with me about times instead of just getting my pick up order. It would have been quicker.

Worst pharmacy I’ve dealt with in Florida Tallahassee. They can’t read a prescription and tell the parent that they need a doctors note because the kid takes two different pills to make one that they don’t make and they knew that I was waiting for that medicine for three days now kind of funny that they didn’t tell me that whenever I was there in person, do not recommend this pharmacy at all. Rude does not help.

The Walgreens at Village Square in Tallahassee,Florida, by far has the rudest pharmacy help I have ever experienced. Not only are they rude but lack empathy for the customers that help provide a paycheck for them.Myself and all my employees are switching over to Care RX in Tallahassee.

I don’t think the staff was rude but I think it’s kind of messed up that I had to wait in the freaking pharmacy line for 30 minutes and have three people that came in after me get their stuff before me. I understand two lane drive-through can be helpful but not when I’ve been waiting in line for that long and then people just getting there get to get their stuff first Because the second lane is empty, but there’s four cars waiting in the other lane.

Used Walgreens once since my main pharmacy didn’t have medication in stock. Pharmacist gave me the hardest time for a medicine that’s not even a narcotic. Clearly, MY drivers license AND script had my physical address on it! I used Walgreens for something over 10 years ago with an old address, I do not appreciate how I was treated during the interaction. I even provided a SECONDARY ID to ensure it was me. Next time, I’ll go to either another Walgreens if my main pharmacy doesn’t have it or just have patience. That pharmacist needs to go.

We have to have Walgreens as our pharmacy due to insurance but I would give anything to not to have to deal with them. Maybe I need to find a different Walgreens… I truly don’t feel like they care and maybe it’s just a paycheck. I always leave feeling discouraged and disappointed. Most of the ladies here have been rude to me or my husband. I hate coming here.

I was treated so badly and rudely at the pharmacy that I will never go back there. My initial interaction was from the back to à voice asking for my birthday. A female said it wasn't ready, when I asked when it would be...I was told she had just told me IT WASN'T READY!!!!This is appalling! Then à young African American woman appeared and the whole environment changed. She got me righted
