Slowest pharmacy you'll find. People at register never know what they're doing.

Aaaaaah, if a person brings in two new prescriptions previously filed by another pharmacy, takes 10 minutes to put everything in the computer, then, after 4 solid days tells me she sent the request but has no (0) record of actually sending it, am I to assume that indeed nothing was ever done? Yes yes I am. I have the best most responsive physician’s office in the County. My Doctor told me without a doubt, they had NOT received anything from WALLY WORLD PHARM? Lisa was very nice but nice doesn’t get me my medication when I needed it! Back toEastWood Pharmacy- people I can count on without politics

Lisa, the technician, has been nothing short of amazing. She has gone above and beyond for me. I'll never be able to thank her for her kindness.

Received 1st Moderna under waste protocol here. They were the only people that cared about my medical vulnerability. Great people. Great process.

I will 100% be calling to speak to a manager about this but I went in to pick up a prescription and the technician was on a PERSONAL CALL through her AirPods while working and helping a customer with meds! This is insanely rude and crazy she can do that at a pharmacy let alone at her job

Without a doubt, this group of employees is in the wrong line of work. One of the pharmacy technicians or cashier (not sure of her title) is so rude to me EVERY time I go in or call. They also over charge. My prescription last week was shorted by 8 pills. No one told me that. When I got home I saw that a partial refill remained. When I called back to ask, I was rudely told I had no refills left and there was only 8 pills left on the prescription. Guess I shouldn't expect to get a prescription in its entirety...? Was on hold forever for them to decide that they would fill the 8 shorted. The remaining 8 pills have been refilled but the charge is $4. Okay not much, right? My prescription is for 168 pills per month. The fee for those 168 pills is a little over $24. So why in the world am I being charged $4 for 8 pills?... Bad attitude all the way around. I have been a customer for years. I will never use Thomasville Road WalMart pharmacy again. In fact, I may never go to this store again. Not that management would care, I am sure. Do yourself a favor and go to CVS or anywhere else.
