I was in town and needed a cut. Little did I know that God had a reason for this encounter that surpassed my wonderful haircut. Kerita did an AMAZING job! I’m loving Walmart every time we go it’s getting better and better. The consistency is excellent. When the guys are on their day they’re working they clean. I got a nice looking produce department wonderful cucumbers the best cucumbers in the town bathrooms are clean everybody smiling good help nice changes at Walmart.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at the Mahan location. I visited Walmart to purchase a $50 vacuum. Upon reaching self-checkout, I noticed two employees—one in a Walmart vest and another dressed in black with a walkie-talkie—closely monitoring me. Their blatant and unnecessary surveillance made me feel like a criminal rather than a valued customer.
As a 38-year-old African American woman, I could not help but feel that I was being unfairly profiled based on my appearance. I was dressed in sweatpants and sneakers at 9 am on a cold day, yet I highly doubt that a white woman in the same attire would have received the same treatment. To make matters worse, despite visibly completing my purchase and holding my receipt, I was stopped at the exit by another employee demanding to check my receipt—an action that further reinforced my belief that I was being targeted.
I understand the importance of loss prevention, but there is a clear difference between responsible security measures and outright racial profiling. Walmart needs to implement proper training for its employees to ensure they are not unfairly targeting paying customers based on their appearance. No one should feel humiliated or disrespected while shopping.
I urge Walmart to address this issue immediately and take steps to ensure all customers are treated with fairness and dignity. I doubt Walmart cares about my review but I hope others that read this review and understand my frustration will be cautious of shopping at Walmart. I will not be shopping at Walmart again because it's only going to get worse with them. THEY DON'T CARE HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

Love to order my groceries, from Walmart. Then go and just pick them up. I really hate the shop. This makes it so convenient.
