Your pickup/delivery mgr Javier provided the worst customer service I have experienced at a Walmart which is amazing seeing as customer service is Walmarts worst attribute!!
He does not know how to communicate with an upset customer and would rather tell them point blank that he is not going to do this nor is he going to go back and forth about it without even hearing the whole complaint. Nice job on your hiring Walmart!!

On 12/21/2016 I picked up a prescription from the pharmacy. I inadvertantly dropped the prescription in the parking lot. When I arrived home I began to search for the prescription as it is critical for my health. I searched all over my home, car and even the garbage for the missing prescription. A very nice young woman named Shanda called me at 7:32 pm. Some king person had found my medication in the parking lot and the pharmacy staff called me rescuing what would have been a difficult night. Thank-you for the excellent service from the nice ladies at the Walmart Pharmacy! The store has changed significantly under the new management structure. Honestly, this store was out of business. The frozen food, meat, and vegetables were hard to find any to buy.

If I could give the zero Stars I would. I've literally tried to call every Department at the store and the only person to pick up would be pharmacy. Are they that short-staffed?

Most of the employees are very helpful. Our favorite of all though is Kamal! That’s why I am giving 5 stars. He’s always at the grocery entrance ready to greet everyone with a smile and conversation. He’s even gotten my shy toddler to warm up to him! He is always in a happy mood, smiling, and just such a friendly person. He has created a great relationship with me as a customer, which I appreciate! Even if I’m not having a great day, his smile and kindness reminds me to stay positive and is so contagious. Thanks for being you Kamal! You make Thomasville Road Walmart awesome great place!

On 9/30/24, I made an in-store purchase of 3 gas cans to use in my generator in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene $65.28 + tax. Two were defective--gas poured out around the lid when I tried to use them. Then, I emptied the gas and tried to return them. Customer service told me that they could not take them, that I would have to take them home to let the gas evaporate (illegal). I called Walmart HQ and was assigned a case number (241016-002866). I was told I would hear back within a week. It's been several months, and nada.

Pick up orders at this location is not good I pulled up on time to pick up the TV had to go in the store to say something to the staff they finally located the TV and my husband and I had to bring it out to our vehicle I do not recommend

I needed a new tv since my old one stopped working. Went to the electronic department and was lucky enough to run into Derek. He was so helpful, showing me the best options/price/features - He was just fabulous! Thank you Derek - you are a true asset to this store!
