Great service, just needed to replace my watch battery. I may need to come back to see if he can fix the second hand of the chronograph. It's apparently stuck and won't move or reset. Not sure if it's worth it to repair a $60 Timex or just replace it.

Brought my husbands watch here to have the sapphire replaced. He literally knocked on a door and the glass fell out of the watch fell on the floor and shattered. The owners response is unacceptable. There's some sort of glue residue where the gasket is...it's like they used the improper size glass and glued it in instead of pressure fitting it. Lesson learned I'll be taking it to an actual watchmaker. The back was also removed for whatever reason when I picked it up it was barely screwed on. Why it was unscrewed to start with is beyond me as the battery did not need to be replaced. "Do not blame us" I've never had the glass fall out of a watch while knocking on a door...it's almost as if it's not supposed to happen lol. Good thing I didn't take it for cleaning in an ultrasonic cleaner after...it would be destroyed.

**this is an edited post**Good customer service.Initially I was not satisfied with the repair done on my watch. The crown (the part that changes the time) got caught on a bag I was carrying and got ripped out. When the watch was repaired the new crown stuck out a little more and felt loser. The crown did come out 2 weeks after I picked it up with only normal wear.Owner was very kind when I brought the watch back and is doing everything he can to make it right. Very honorable and a good business model.

I have done business with Watches Plus for many many years. They were in the Tallahassee Mall in one of the outside booths when I purchased my Guess watch from them (which still works today). I haven't gone to anyone else since for my jewelry purchase/repair needs. They make you feel important from the moment you walk into the store. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Little more expensive than I anticipated but they had the battery I had the watch needed the battery so we made the deal. Hopefully this next one won't be quite as expensive! But good people anyway. ???

Fantastic experience all around! The owner and his employees are all very polite and willing to answer any questions you may have. I bought a Seiko and a Bulova watch but decided I didn't love the Bulova after a couple of days, so the owner allowed me to exchange for another Seiko free of charge! I feel like the prices are very fair, they are what you would pay online at the Seiko website. Their customer service is fantastic and they have a large collection. I would recommend them whether it's your first time buying a watch or your fiftieth!
