  Great car wash, everything was up to date and worked as you would expect, even had a question about a transaction and the owner/manager picked right up and solved my problem, best self serve car wash in Tallahassee.

  Three times in a row over the past few months it has been out of soap! It was good for years and now it seems to be failing! I really hope they get it straightened out!

  Pros: Good water pressure and several extras you can use.
  
  Cons: Hoses all leaked and I got soaked, Vacuums had low sucking power, Charged $27 to self wash my car and vacuum.
  
  My real rating is 3 stars but being generous since I hate to see a business suffer due to bad reviews.

  Go anywhere else in Tallahassee to clean your car. This one is dirty and unkept. Furthermore it’s a money grab. You only get 3 minutes if you pay the minimum and you’ll have to keep putting in money if you want to have a decent amount of time to clean your car. 3 minutes is crazy like the entire place is a money grab. And they don’t even keep up with the grounds.

  I have a black car and only use the touchless car wash. I’ve used it about 8 times and haven’t had a problem.

  I have a small camper van with a ceiling fan that I prefer to wash with a touch less system. This car wash provides this type of self service wash. The car wash is always available and clean. I recommend them.

  Expensive and the the vacuums at 2 bucks a run and they don't pick up lose dirt ..don't waste your time here

  Although I come here to clean my car often, and I normally don’t complain as much, it was totally different today. The owner was rude. I came here (4/6/25) to clean my car. My car was cleaned when I walked to the AutoZone next door to it to get an item for my car to finish cleaning. The owner came to me and said, “Can’t do that.” “Everyone is walking away.” As if there is a rule stating that while you’re cleaning the car at their establishment, you can’t go to another location and buy different items to use and clean your car with, and leave your car for more than the maximum amount of time. In which, the items they sell are overpriced.
  For reference, there needs to be a rule regarding going to AutoZone next door to purchase items to clean your own car.
  Not only that, but the mat holder don’t even hold the mats properly. If I’m going to spend my own money at this establishment, then maintenance of all equipment and items used should reflect it.
  For now, I will take my business elsewhere. I really did not like the interaction at all, and I see why the ratings are the way they are.

  After reading these comments I will go across town to wash my car. Also there are other self service car washes. On near Bradfordville and another on south Monroe Street (that one isn't bad and doesn't charge ridiculous amounts) for those of you who are looking for self service. I don't do money hunger jerks with bad energy so I won't waste my time. Thanks for the honest reviews you all!
