This is absolutely the worst experience with Wells Fargo. Had a scheduled appointment today. No one was at the desk area to help me, instead people are just talking amongst themselves. Went to the teller for help, both her and the banker tell me to have a seat not at all bothering to find out what I need. This was an unnecessary inconvenience that ultimately made me late for my other scheduled appointments.

What's the point of making an appointment if you are still waiting 30 minutes after your appointment to be seen.....None of the locations ever have enough staff!

Waiting a long time for a notary. Branch manager was the only notary available and I had 3 people in front. Doesn’t make sense that the only notary was the branch manager.

I went in to close an account and had to wait for about 30 minutes to be assisted. However, I didn’t make an appointment but they were willing to help. Lolita Barnes helped me close my account. She was very sweet and understanding even though it was past their closing time. I was hesitant in coming to this location because of the bad reviews, but Lolita made it a great experience. I would definitely recommend her!

Never been into a bank that takes your deposit then tells you to sit down and wait while taking 10 more other people on line before having to get back into line so he would stop taking more customers and take care on customers that came in 20 minutes before.Very Bad Experience!!Still in line

Watch out for those fake sign-up bonus offers... it's bogus. I fell for it... but learned my lesson, closed my account and Wells Fargo will never ever hear from me again.

I went a little while back to open a bank account. Lolita Barnes helped me and she truly was the sweetest, kindest person I could’ve talked to! she was really there for me and whatever I needed as a college student opening a new account. She made me very glad I chose Wells Fargo!

I went there today with my son. Lolita Barnes was amazing helping us. She came to help my son in time. She explained everything to us; showed the appropriate options to him, as well as told the difference between the types of accounts. We left the bank without any doubt.
