I visited your location on 2/25/24 @ 7:20 p.m. Your manager on duty was rude! The cashier at the window was pleasant and friendly. I'm sorry that you're out of mayo and I have to ask for mayo packs for my Jr. Bacon cheeseburger. I don't want a dry burger. The fries were cold. The manager' s attitude was awful! Just awful. You might want to have your manager take a course in customer service. It's not always what you say but how you say it! 2/10 I do not t recommend this location!

Rolled up 750 AM on Friday to drive thru. Saw 2 cars in line that ended up leaving. Pulled up to sign. No greeting from inside. No sign on sign indicating a problem. Pulled up to window. Same thing. Plus a lady saw me, looked at me and walked to back. Awesome way to run things. And you guys spent a few mil to rebuild this place?? Can’t wait for auto generated reply from owner…

The woman that was running the register was apparently on a trip, because during our order she forgot where she was. All our burgers were under cooked. Nice new building, however staff ruined our first impression. We thought Wendy's was drug free! Apparently not so ! Not sure we can ever come back.

Why have your hours of operation listed online as open till 12am when for the past how many times everytime i come to wendys during the time frame of 11:25pm -11:50pm its closed . It’s becoming really annoying and its an extreme waste of my time. Just change the hours of operations so that people could stop getting their hopes up or be open till the time you have listed!

This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location!!!I placed a mobile order on the Wendy's app as I always do for convenience purposes; and as walked over to pick up my food I was asked for my name of course. After I gave my name to the employee (Alonzo i believe, short bald black dude working front counter), I was asked to show him my order. I explained to him that this is not possible, because after you place the order it only shows you the pick up screen.He then insisted that I did not pay for my food, and acted as if he was not going to give me the food that I PAID FOR!! I then explained that you have to pay for the food to sent in the order via mobile app, read off exactly what was on my order down to each sauce, showed him my transaction history, and explained the situation before he finally gave over my food after about 3-5 minutes of confrontation! Which he did with an attitude, telling me if this happened again I would not be able to receive my food!This is ridiculous and shameful that you are badgering me because you do not know how to use the app of the place of which YOU ARE EMPLOYED!!!This employee definitely seemed incompetent of completing his job responsibilities or either just wanted to give me a hard time, either way this was the worst experience I have had at any Wendy's; this location SUCKS!!!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at any Wendy's either. Ordered a baconator fry extra cheese and got pulled up to wait. FIFTEEN minutes later I go inside to the manager laying halfway on the counter on his phone. I asked how much longer for my order of one baconator fry he casually told me he was waiting for the cheese to DEFROST. I told him it would've been nice to know that at the window with my infant and preschooler in the car. Another employee began to scream at me in front of my children: "what do you expect with 3 of us in here". All of the employees look like felons except one gentleman that offered my young son fries for the long wait. I dont remember his name but he is the only person there worthy of employment. I ended up getting a refund..incorrectly the first time so 2 separate transactions. With an attitude. Absolutely disgusting experience. If I could give zero stars it wouldn't be low enough.

I came inside the store today around 2:30 PM with my grandchildren with the intent of eating inside this newly remodeled store. I waited at the front desk for 3 minutes and then an employee told me he would take my order in just a minute. 9 minutes later and no order taken. My grandkids were very thirsty and hanging by the drink machine begging for a cup. After patiently waiting for 10 minutes I had to leave and so did the 5 other customers waiting behind me. I wish this location would put some improvements into customer service as they did improving the building. If orders are not going to be taken, at least install self service kiosks. Those peppermint frostees on the posters sure did look tasty.

Look, I love the remodel; and most of the time the staff is pretty polite so long as you are. But I just paid for a breakfast combo and got a wrong sandwich that was about $3 cheaper than what i paid for.... Again. It's simple repeated stuff like this that gets under even decent customers' skin. There was no one else in line, and now i'm stuck at work. ?
