I bought some bagels from here that were on the shelf over TWO WEEKS past expiration. And that's the "best by" date, not the sell by... they had mold on them. I live 18 minutes away and they told me they couldn't do anything without me coming in. Their bagels are $5 and I would have to drive 40 extra minutes after always going there to get anything done? They really could have just given me a $5 coupon for my next visit. Bad customer service. Going to Publix to get more bagels.

They recently added the self checkout line and it is a mess. Only 1 other line open and they are so slow there. Store is almost always empty and it is obvious why. It's a joke to check Out with large items.

My only regret is that more Winn Dixie stores should be opened in the State Capital! Here is a store that's clean, well stocked and has a well rounded variety of foods. Love to shop here.

No fried chicken or wings today. I went at 1130 am 7/21/19. This is the second time in two months.

Although I am not a frequent flyer at Winn Dixie, I have to give this store much credit. Winn-Dixie has been around forever and I am not sure why the other locations in Tallahassee closed but this store is doing it right. Every time I've come in, the store has been super clean. I am sure we all have been to some run down Winn Dixie stores where purchasing anything was questionable. Not here. The produce section is pretty large and selective. I look for quality when I am purchasing meat and produce so personally, I would pay more for good quality. However, the quality at Winn-Dixie is not bad at all. They may not have fresh Culantro (yes Culantro and not Cilantro) and I may not find fresh Oregano or Savoy cabbage or Swiss Chard but I can find the basics of fresh fruits and vegetables. There is usually a "pick 5" deal on meat and again the meat quality is pretty good. There are often great BOGO deals advertised and the wine selection is actually pretty great. I also love that this location also has a liquor store. Customer service is great and I have never had to wait an extremely long time in line. I am a fan and I will continue returning.

I forgot that there is a Winn-Dixie still left in Tallahassee! My close friends were just telling me the other day that their produce department is not bad at all and I should shop there more often. I have always likedWinn-Dixie and been a customer for many years. I just wish there was one on my side of town. I actually was in this particular Winn-Dixie during the Thanksgiving holidays and was in and out in a snap With what I needed and received the rewards card discount!

Here's the thing about Winn-Dixie: There are "better" shopping selections to be had in Tallahassee, but this store will have basic items that you need when you need it. Also, and I hesitate to mention this because I don't want to jinx myself, but if you're prepping for last-minute hurricane threats, this Winn-Dixie will have PALLETS AND PALLETS of water like a day before landfall. It's kind of amazing but understandable since their Distribution Center is in Jax and they're a Florida company so they get it. Winn-Dixie is my hurricane prep go-to instead of Publix, because Publix sells out of water about 10 days before landfall. It all goes to their more southern locations which is great for those citizens but not for those of us in north FL.

This store was very clean. The staff was very courteous. Everything in the store was neat. I could fine everything I needed because it was well organized.

This Winn-Dixie is conveniently located near the Governor's Square Mall. It is usually kept clean and the staff is hit or miss. The produce section is very nice, although sometimes under-stocked. They have a decent beer and wine selection, too. I don't recommend going here at night because it seems that a lot of people "hang out" in the parking lot and, well, it just gives me stranger danger. However, during the day, just grabbing a few things, it's convenient and less busy than Publix, usually.

This W-D is our "convenience store" since we can easily walk to it. Produce is always attractive, meats are varied and the outer walls, over all, provide all the staples. The deli, surprisingly, features a number of creations (seafood salad, stuffed grape leaves, that kind of stuff) that are very tasty. Clean, with armed security (off duty Law Enforcement) from dusk to closing. For all-around restocking, we come here.
