If I could leave zero stars I would I just purchased a brand new Samsung s24 ultra left Verizon went straight to wireless expressions two young ladies put the screen protector on my phone give it about 4 days I noticed the screen protector shifting back and forth trying to come off.I called the store and they tell me that there's nothing they could do about it but offer me $5 off horrible customer service. You would think they would say hey no problem come on back and we'll get you a new one on there. I have gotten many cases and protectors for all my phones from there over the years and I don't understand what happened to the customer service The original owner was so nice. And the worst part about it is that I could have ordered my screen protector for half the price on Amazon but I try to support small and local businesses. I wonder if the owners aware of this. I've been a customer now for at least 9 years.

Professional and kind employees. Was in and out with a new screen, protector, and case in just a few minutes. Very reasonable prices as well!

Wanted to do a review on wireless expressions in the governor square mall. I got my phone fixed 4 days ago and the Face ID stopped working the lady at the time said go home reset phone and it should work again. Still the Face ID does not work she said because I have a crack on my phone the Face ID went out. The phone was completely broken when it went to them and the Face ID worked fine. I paid $150 for a iPhone 12 (not pro max) to be fixed and it doesn’t even have Face ID anymore. The screen is not compatible to the iPhone so a lot of camera features do not work anymore. I just left to see if there was anything that could be done the lady over talked me and basically said thanks for your $150 have a good day. 0/10 I DO NO RECOMMEND.

Love them !!!! Been going to them since i used to work in the mall . I recently had to go get a screen replacement very quick and price is great ! The customer service is great and they have a lot of options!

Used to come by here but saw from my daughter that there was appalling cyberbullying online from one of the employees. I usually was treated with excellent service and I expect the owner to have managed and ensure the kindest employees, but somebody who encourages suicide and uses slurs is just something that would permanently keep me away from this store as long as she stays. I also have seen that she criticizes peoples appearances and that makes me anxious to enter the store again, because I do not want her talking about me if she views humans like that

this lady name trinity is literally so mean, just because i was singing a particular song by an artist she despises (for reasons untold) she decided it was okay to harass me over it. 0/10 willnever buy here again. if i ever were to come back, she would have to be fired first :(

The best! Brought in an iPad with a broken screen and got it taken care of in a timely manner where it was good as new. Also, great selection of phone cases and accessories. I won’t go anywhere else for my phone needs!

Absolutely love this store and it’s employees! Always have great customer service experience and all my purchases have been well worth it! Screen protectors and cases for my Apple and my husbands Android have been long lasting and durable. Never had a bad experience at Wireless Expressions. Always leaving happy and satisfied!

I have visited several times and on each occasion left very happy due to Ms. Pat's excellent customer service. She asks questions to understand the need and then provides options, explaining the pros and cons of each. I also find invaluable the opportunity to touch and experience the products in hand before purchase.

Great customer service I desperately needed a glass screen protector that I could not locate anywhere in Tallahassee. No show order from Amazon and 7 stores one including my phone carrier and multiple conversations with people who couldn't even begin to point me in a direction.MiMi and Trinity pulled through with flying colors in a timely manner the blew my mind making something work for me that looks factory. They deserve recognition with customer service being the way it is these days. They could have just as easily blew me off like everyone else and in the long run would have cost me a lot of money buzzing a position to hire these two I would if you need phone work Mi Mi and Trinity are your ladies.

Went in asking for a screen repair. The repair was quick but shortly after the screen detached and lines appeared we took the phone back just to be told they wouldnt honor there warranty 0/10 will not do business here again.

Absolutely horrible. Would not recommend going here. Came here to get my screen fixed, the whole screen went black just over 30 days after getting fixed and they refused to refund me or help me in anyway. The owner was rude, will not be going back.
