If I could put less stars believe me I would these so called workers can't seem to ever do their job ! We have the informed delivery app that tells you when mail has been delivered here and it's never there until at least 3 or 4 days later because they don't sort the mail and are very lazy on top of very rude about it and unprofessional today is father's day and my husband can't even get his card because they have taken too long to sort the mail this is insane! Highly recommend going to a different location if you ever want anything in a timely manner, and as you know some things are time sensitive so tread carefully because you won't get your mail on time we have had this po box for a year and nothing has ever been on time and if it is it's a miracle Good luck

Staff is colorful but picky and choosey... wouldn't let me send my stuff back because they held a personal grudge.

Tallevast post office has three of the most efficient girls working there, Latoya, Diane and Trisha. Always have a great attitude and are Professional.

Woman who helped me was rude and she seemed like she hated her job. She was short and had an attitude. Like she was doing the bare minimum to not get fired. To me I would rather drive the extra mile to the other post office.

This one woman was very hateful, I asked a simple question and she goes berserk, she don't know she got the computer right in front of her and she don't know. When my payment is due. I didn't have the mail that gives you to let you know the date. I was not sure if it's September or October I didn't know it would bother her that I asked her so I didn't pay at the moment had to go back home to check that notice that give you I hope I find it. And my opinion she shouldn't be working with a different department not customer service ?.
