I was there yesterday and filled up my car for a road trip. Prior to my fill up, my car had no issues. Their gas quality is poor and I was sold bad gas. My car stalled on me in the middle of the highway!!! Now it's jerking, slipping and rough idling. My car has always been so quiet. I'm furious and will never shop here ever again.

The staff at this 7-Eleven are always respectful, friendly, and efficient. Great service every time! Plus, they have great pizzas, coffees, and donuts perfect for a quick and tasty break.

ordered through doordash 5 items didn’t receive one of the items, the store could have refunded me if they didnt have the item but no they hustle people an kept the item on there as if it was places in the bag for delivery. doordash wont refund me an when i call this stupid store to see if they can refund from their end i get no answer

This morning on 05/23/2025 at 7:45am.
I requested $20 on pump 10 and the cashier was extremely rude and couldn’t understand the number I requested (she didn’t give me a receipt). She kept stating pump 7 and I repeatedly told her I was at pump 10.
I went back to pump 10 and pumped my gas until it clicked. The cashier Lady then came out of the 7-eleven and asked me how much I pumped. I told her that I pumped it until it clicked. (i wasn’t paying attention since i knew i paid for it at the cash register). She then told me that she mixed up the pumps and told me to stay at my pump. (I was late for work at this point)
I went inside and paid for her mistake and I requested for a receipt this time. The other persons pump she mixed me up with, the cashier took a long time to assist (it got to a point that the other person had to go in). I hope this issue will be handled accordingly.

This was my first order as a 7/11 Gold Member. They didn't send the pizza, substituted the cookies for another kind, and claimed to have sent 6 when only 4 came, left off the free Gold member perk award a Large Cherry slurpee completely. They obviously can't count or handle basic customer service because no one picks the phone up either. The chat bot they have to handle their incompetence is a kick in the pants to any customer by not handling the customer and deciding the order is completed. I will never go to or use a 7/11 again and will make sure that people don't make the same mistake. I'm embarrassed for this company. It's a joke. As your disrespected custoner who wasn't provided any explanation as to why you can't complete something so simple , I will make sure to blast you over all social media platforms, this I can promise you.

Bought 5 holiday blowout scratch off tickets yesterday about 3 o'clock get home to scratch them just to see the tickets weren't in order ,I got ticket number 63 then 66,67,68,69, I don't like that I want my tickets back to back I wish I would've caught that before I left the store that type of stuff makes me suspicious.

This store is robbing people debit card pending transactions, only happens on credit cards for my knowledge. This store has been stealing money from me for months even they are using shell companies to do so as well because my bank had verified that this pacific company belong to 7-Eleven in New Jersey and the Pacific store I’m speaking of is 300 Kimball Dr. these people was also taking money from my debit card even when I was not there and their store to make any transactions. My item only cost $20 on September 17. That’s all you guys should take.

They never have paper for receipt at the pumps, and my job requires I get that, so I have to go inside even time. Also, my Mobil rewards card is rejected at their pumps. Sadly, even though they are on my way home, I will stop using them for these reasons ?
