I’ve never even done business with this trash company but I moved into an apartment and the previous tenant was a customer, which I’m assuming only moved because of how much they like to harass customers. I’ve told them multiple times and have signs on my door that they do not live at my address and that I’m a night shift worker so please do not knock yet they come daily to BANG on my door looking for someone I know I told them doesn’t live here anymore. Your employees are not safe at my door anymore

I called them today to pick up the furniture that I was paying on. I was never late making my payments. The phone calls was making me stressed out, I asked them to stop calling me. I paid early and they would still call me. I even had to block the number. I don’t want to keep supporting a company that harasses its customers. So I will be buying my furniture from Wayfair. Stay away from this company if you can.

I would avoid this place ARONA’S completely… they are not customer service-oriented at all. The policies they have set are ridiculously strict. They require 5 references (all of whom are called PRIOR to you even getting your product), they make you fill out this long 1-page application, & they only let you have 1 electronic of which there is a REAL LACK of new/quality/good condition items. I would go across the street to AARON’S. I went there instead, & I was able to walk out with 3 BRAND NEW items (iPad 9th generation, MacBook Air, & an XBox Series X - MLB edition w/ remote & MLB game); Aaron’s does not require a paper application, they don’t require 5 references, you can walk-out that same day with your item, & they don’t have a limit of only 1 electronic item. If you want a good experience that will not be made difficult, avoid ARONA’S, & GO TO AARON’S across the street in the Publix Plaza (NW corner of the Commercial & 441 intersection). Sadly, I would avoid Arona’s altogether. I am so happy with my experience @ Aaron’s.

Got my couches from here, i like them.Update every month they repeatedly call me early about my payment. I have to remind them of my payment date. Then today they charged me twice after 3 solid days of them calling early. Going to pay this off and never again with them ? didn't even offer me a discount for my inconvenience, I'm never late on payments either ?

The most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Employees all lie and are extremely disrespectful. I will never conduct business again and would advise anyone to stay completely away. I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau.

Terrible location, disrespectful employees, every employee lacks customer service as well as the owner. Employees call other people phone being disrespectful. I was told they are allowed to provide info about your account to other people as well. I dont have anything personally. But I most definitely don't recommend anyone go there

I wish I could give them zero stars. This location is the worst poor customer service. They call your phone and leave nasty messages. You call them they can never answer any questions about how much you owe. This location needs to be shut down or hire people who can do the job.

Lol, maybe I should’ve looked at the comments before I used this Aaron’s location..Horrible customer service starting with the Branch Manager from the beginning, didn’t have any issues with everyone else, paid the Tv off wish I used another location instead of giving this location my business.

I'll never forget when I was in middle school and had to switch to Broward virtual school due to an illness and we had to get a laptop from here. After 11 on time payments, Aarons took it upon their selves to come to our house and try to repo my laptop one week before the final payment was due. Even after showing them our contract where our last payment wasnt due for another week police had to be called. This is how they scam people, wait until you're 99% completed with your payments for an item thats already many times over market value and then try to repo it to resell it for full price. A laptop that was worth maybe $400 we ended up paying over $1200 for. They take advantage of the low income. youre better off using the library until you can buy a $250 laptop cash. FYI Comcast has a program for low income to buy laptops for $149 and get internet for $10/month. Aarons is a disgusting company that should be out of business
