Got to say this Amscot has provided excellent service. I appreciate all the reminder calls from Tracy and that is the truth she is so pleasant to speak to and always so professional. It’s just not the usual friendly reminder call you get from someone who is collecting what is rightfully due. Kiki made my transition smooth when I went to apply for the cash advance. Very helpful. Both Tracy and Kiki have outstanding characters and professionalism for having to deal with the public, and that is not an easy job. I hope to never have to get another cash advance but if I do or someone else needs to I totally recommend this location. They should definitely have a perfect 5+. No one in that store has an attitude all professionals. Love the service and the tootsie rolls ?

I have always gone to this place because it is the closest but I prefer to go to another place to see if they don't serve me in the same way as here some of the people who are here are working hard today they treated me in a very rude, a woman named jaydeen who at times wanted to ask her for my money to go somewhere else, very unkind, threw a paper and a pen at the window so she could enter the amount of the money order

First time coming to this place, it was after I got off work and I was not greeted when I came in, instead I was given a stare that said. What Are you doing here! I went to the atm first then looked around to see where I could get assistance so Miss Bruna finally came to the window I told her the service and she threw the slip of paper and pen down for me to get. Such a nasty way to deal with customers I didn’t say anything I just got what I needed and left. So if you go late night, be aware of the blatant disrespect and attitude you get.

Poor customer service! The agent there named Britne that serviced me had an attitude and didn’t explain to me why I couldn’t cash my check after I asked her twice ! All she told me to do was to return Monday during business hours which made no sense to me. I had to call customer service to get a valid explanation. It’s sad that I had to go the extra mile just to get a valid explanation. Do better!

The girl stopped helping me to help someone that came in after me. Wasted my time by telling me to come in on phone and gave me a run around in person. Make sure to speak with someone who knows what is going on and gives facts.

This is the only amscot that always has always has an attitude. I came in at 7:50am the African American lady with the extremely long nails assisted me, I got a money order and asked her for some tootsie roll’s and she flung 4 under the window at me I just left them and said “never mind you are the only amscot that has an attitude” and left I live right up the street from this store and would go a few miles down to the on store for service
