“I'm a resident here at Flats since October 2023, and when I say I am overall so happy. The customer service is immaculate here. Let's get started with the lovely Jonathan M. He IS GREAT! His customer service is lovely and they always make you feel heard. Any issue that I have they are RIGHT on it. I even emailed him while he was out of office on vacation and He STILL responded and took the time to hear me out and when I say the issue was fixed while he was on vacation. He does nothing but impresses me! And for that I have to show him his well deserved recognition. Deris in the front office is also very sweet and soft spoken, my son loves saying Hi to her every time he sees her :) I couldn't be anymore happier to be a Flats Resident :)UPDATE: to add on to my review, the roaches reviews are FALSE. I have been staying here since October. Mom of 2 boys and I have not seen any roaches :) My first apt to have no roaches.”
