I recently had a disappointing experience at Arrigo Sawgrass. On Monday, January 22, I brought in my 2018 Challenger for a routine checkup due to an oil leak. The service advisor inspected the vehicle and, despite assuring me there was no leak, recommended attention to the front caliper and rotors. I received a call on Saturday, stating that my car was ready for pickup.However, upon settling the bill and picking up my vehicle, I was shocked to find a substantial scratch on the center console—a blemish that was undeniably absent when I initially left my car with the service team. Despite immediately bringing this to the attention of my service advisor, the team seems reluctant to acknowledge the damage.In an attempt to address the issue, I spoke with the service manager, Mr. Jay Fernandez, who, unfortunately, dismissed my concerns, implying that the scratch was pre-existing and questioning my honesty. I want to emphasize that the scratch was not present when I entrusted my car to Arrigo Sawgrass. This experience has been a tremendous disappointment, and I am disheartened by the lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by the team.While I understand that mistakes can happen, the refusal to acknowledge and rectify the situation is both disturbing and unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I had expected a higher standard of service from Arrigo Sawgrass.I hope the management takes immediate action to investigate this matter thoroughly and address the concerns raised. Restoring accountability and professionalism would undoubtedly enhance the overall customer experience.Make sure to take pictures and videos of your vehicle prior drop-off. very unprofessional, lack of accountability and honesty.

At first, I was excited for my wife helping her achieve to get the car she wanted, Jeep Wrangler. We managed to trade in our Toyota Camry in order to get the jeep but it turn out to be one of the worst mistakes of my life. I had my fair knowledge on purchasing vehicles yet inexperienced on this matter. I was told by the salesman and finance department that I was able to refinance the jeep after the first 12 months of paying the car with them. I was like "wow! That's awesome!". I returned a year later to refinance the car with them only to be told that, they don't do such things. At that moment I realized that I was scammed and lied too by the salesman in order for them to sell the car at my cost. The salesman does not work there anymore. It's all good, I'm currently managing right now, but I do advise anyone that wants to purchase a vehicle at this dealer, to be aware of these scam artists. I personally, will never purchased a vehicle here ever again.

John Galli was excellent, a very outgoing personality and never a dull moment ?He helped me land a car that I've been longing to own for years. And despite my not-so-great credit, he and Matt (in finance) were able to seal the deal with the bank in terms that were more than fair.Big shout-out to Matt as well, for a finance guy, he didn't try tacking on unneeded warranties. I simply told him I wanted the cheapest price, and he respected my wishes accordingly. Not something I could say with finance guys I've dealt with in the past.All around, 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The complimentary car care kit from John Galli was a very nice touch!

I’ve been coming to the sawgrass Arrigo location for about 2 years and never had to go to another location due to the outstanding service and customer care . Julio Gutierrez my service provider always make sure that I get a video of inspection and guide me to make the right decision to keep my SUV in the best shape . Also Andy was of great help as well.

When I arrived at this dealership, I had come from another dealership where I had a bad experience. Immediately Manny understood my frustration and was very kind and professional in helping turn that feeling around and put me in the pro master van that I was needing to purchase. Alex Campos was also super helpful and worked with Manny to make this deal happen.Words aren’t enough to describe how great these two guys were. I will definitely be back to buy my next car! Awesome experience. Service was great from every employee who was in the process of helping me get my new car, very quick process as well for how quick buying a new car can be and super happy with the quality of selection they had at the dealership. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great dealership for a vehicle, glad I made the choice to stop by this one instead of others a bit closer to me.

My husband and I wanted matching Chargers. We got a Daytona at a dealership in Davie and it was a horrible experience. We went to get the second one at Arrigo Sawgrass and John Galli was an amazing sales person! I highly recommend buying your new car here! Bobby the finance manager was amazing as well! We walked away with a Brand New 2023 red scatpak wide body! My husband and I will be back to get another car from them very soon!

Just came back for oil change service!!!Seriously took 3.45 minutes for that!! And representative not even show up. I had to follow my car with someone else's and car wash not even clean... !!! 0 star!!!! The reason to give some star cause sell department they work very good. Very nice.. DONOT put any pressure for buyer.!!!

I should of known better i bought a 2022 challenger 392 not the original car i came in for but we settled on that i told them i would originally come back next year(Which is this year) for the car i originally wanted (the hellcat) long story short I've been wrestling with them for weeks to give me a fair price on the new vehicle that they marked up 18k im upside down on the current vehicle because of all the bs they add when purchasing a vehicle from them, they charge almost 500 for some sorry ass window tints i can understand if you are tinting the car to my liking but you put a super light tint on it that i could of got from the swap shop then charge an arm and leg for it. then they charge this bs arrigo family advantage which is like 3k or more for shit we don't even need not to mention they are dishonest they make it seem like they are giving you a deal when in turn they actually are not the managers and supervisors there suck just a bunch of crooks who don't give a fuck about there customers. the car i was trying to get the msrp was 92k on the buyers order they marked it up to 98k they added a couple miscellaneous fees to it then a 10k markup mind you they were giving me 66k for my trade in but they had room to play with of course they added 18k in fees. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER THEY ARE THIEVES, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, they will tell you anything to sell a car to you the managers alex,victor etc dishonest i could of got the car but they dont care about repeat customers all they care about is making a dollar off of their customers hard earned money i will never ever buy a car from them ever again. There is 1 honest sales person her name is Chantelle she's the only one i would deal with. but she would be better off joining s Auto Nation pembroke pines because over there they are honest people and aren't trying to scam their customers every chance they get. i could of gotten the car if they didn't mark it up 18k in hidden fees they originally told me it was a 10k markup but upon looking over the paperwork the real fee is right there. Buyers be aware this dealership will scam you every chance they get won't ever get me again.

Incompetent Service Department and Management Had my Ram for 18 days and didn't fix anything.Check engine light was not addressed, broken visor not address and my bigger problem with the transmission they couldn't recreate so they didn't address.Star case was opened but not worked on. Ram corporate left 4 messages with the service department and their calls weren't returned so they closed the case as a DEALER FAIL. I spoke with 3 different managers and each of the promised to call me back and address the situation- nobody did. I would suggest you don't waste your time or money.

I had an absolutely remarkable experience at Arrigo! It was truly a delight to find the car I had been searching for. The entire process was incredibly smooth, thanks to Nigel Hylton exceptional professionalism and unwavering courtesy. He went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable throughout the entire transaction, and I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for his kind and accommodating approach. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nigel as the person to assist you in purchasing your next car. I never once felt exploited; instead, I was treated with the utmost respect and care. The entire experience was nothing short of magnificent! The only minor setback was the duration of my visit, which lasted seven hours. However, this small inconvenience pales in comparison to the overall outstanding service I received. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would confidently rate my experience a resounding 9.5. If I had to nitpick, I only wished I could have received a slightly better offer for my trade-in. Nonetheless, I am overjoyed with my purchase and immensely grateful for the exceptional service provided by Nigel Hylton and the entire team at Arrigo. I also would like to think DJ .

When my wife and I decided to join the Jeep family, our extensive research led us to Arrigo Car Dealer. The decision wasn't just based on a whim; their stellar reviews on Google spoke volumes. South Florida has its fair share of Jeep dealers, but Arrigo stood out as the cream of the crop.From the moment we set foot in the showroom, we were treated like family. The selection of vehicles was vast, and we were thrilled to test drive both the Gladiator and the newly-released 2024 Wrangler. Today I got the privilege of driving home my sixth dodge charger 392 from Arrigo. And all the years that I've been doing business with these people, they have always treated me with nothing but respect, they do what they say, it's ready when they say it'll be ready, and are professional at all times. I just had the privilege of doing business with Larry.Could not have been more professional, pleasant to deal with, and was most importantly, very respectful of my time. I highly recommend not only the dealership, but especially Larry. Thank you Larry, I love my new baby.

I brought my truck to Arrigo Sawgrass on Aug 1st. I received a ridiculous estimate of almost $10,000. We negotiated price down to $6,000. They had my truck until Aug 19th! Yes 18 days!! Getting them to reply was painful!The day I picked my truck up the engine malfunction light went back on. Conveniently truck needs a part that was not diagnosed during repair, and they tell me it's an additional $3,300! This is for a truck that's 10 years old! I have called several repair shops in the area. All say the part should have been changed during the original repair!DO NOT take your vehicle to Arrigo for anything!
