“This branch has both a walk-up and a drive-up ATM, three lanes for assistance with deposits and withdrawals, along with a lane for business transactions (Commercial). Inside, they typically have two, even three tellers, as well as three to four bank officers who can assist with regular banking needs; such as IRAs, College Savings Plans, Credit and Lending, and other types of investment banking. In need of notarizing a document, I walked in to my local Wells Fargo branch in Tamarac with only a few minutes to spare between work and Summer Camp dismissal. Knowing the drill of going straight to sign in, I sat down with two other customers in the waiting area. Minutes thereafter, Raquel walked up and greeted me. Having stated the nature of my visit on the Sign-in sheet, she addressed the fact that the Notary Public left earlier in the day due to an unforeseen personal matter. She apologized for the inconvenience and asked if there was an immediate deadline, or if I could return the following day. I acknowledged the ability to return. She then offered to take me right in to her upon arrival on the next visit. The following day, Raquel was clearly happy to see me. She greeted me with pleasant demeanor and took me right in to Linda. What an extraordinary experience they offer. Linda and I talked as she brought out her notarial seal and log book, made a few witty but complimenting jokes after taking a gander at my Driver's License (you have to see it) and as we were wrapping things up, Tanya, the Branch Manager, came over and asked how everything was going. I took the opportunity to commend her for the outstanding staff working at the branch, and for the repeated excellence in Customer Service that I have received since the most recent team takeover. I have been a customer of this branch since before WF took over from the previous financial institution. Since that time, there have been several managers and their teams, but none have been as professional and caring, personable and knowledgeable of the products and services like the present team is. I would venture out and say that founders, William Fargo and Henry Wells would be proud! And what I love most is that they treat their customers as if each had millions invested with them. In my former years, I worked for financial gurus and executives that have gone down in history for the proverbial good, bad and the ugly; so I will refrain from name-dropping, but you can trust my assessment when I say that this branch would serve as the right business model for all others! Collectively, this team exemplifies the following: "We have one very powerful business rule. It is concentrated in one word: Courtesy." --Henry Wells I will be going back in the next couple of days and if you're in the area, I encourage you to bank with them too!”
