Covid testing process was not been very good for me. My brother went a few hours after me and he got the results that weekend (we went on a Thursday). I have been waiting for my results over a week now and BAL Pharmacy just keeps telling me they have no control of when I get the results. But, if my brother got his results already and he went after me, what is the issue? I believe the lady that took my information did something wrong. My brother's experience was different than mine (he got a text message with confirmation, instructions on how to check results, and the lady at the pharmacy did the nasal swab for him). I did not get any confirmation (no text or email) and the lady had me do my own nasal swab. I just think that depending on who you deal with, you will have different experiences.Edit: I went in person today and the gentleman explained what happened. I got my results printed out. Hoping this does not happen again to any one else.
