BoA branches are usually pretty similar so reviews don't change much excpet for accessibility and staffing. I rarely visit branches these days but BOA is one of my banking spots that usually have me visiting the branch. It also seems that BOA is continuing their branch consolidation. Happily this spot is not far from me. This spot is right on the corner of University and McNab and they have their own lot. It is very easy to access from either side and it's an easy in and out. It's also very accessible for all with the long ramp here. My only current issue with banks theses (I am a former banker) is that they working with fewer people in their branches as so much information is available on-line. The issue is that i'm at the branch because the information I need or task I want to complete cannot be done on-line. The branch staff is extremely courteous and very helpful. It is a pleasure to come in here and always want to complement the staff on a job well done, especially during these very challenging times. KUDOS to the team at Bank of America Financial Center

2.2 star is too generous for this location. the employee that didn’t even have the decency to greet us was very rude and has absolutely ZERO customer service skills. we had to drive to another location on university near davie and were serviced with excellent service. if you’re a bank of america customer please do not go to this location. the emploee with the short and scar on her face was very unpleasant from the moment we walked in. never have i ever experienced this type of service at a bank of america branch! EVER!

Now I can understand why this branch has bad reviews .I was on the wrong line and the teller instead telling me that I was wrong she called the people who came after me . She lost the tip ?Replying to your answer, I'm a business woman and I do my business online 90% but that day I needed to go to the branch. What you said it's an excuse, the personnel at that branch see me like whatever. You will not change my opinion.

horrible customer service at this location.... and honestly, bank of America has given up on customer service..... they are doing everything they can to siphon money from their customers... any other bank offers the same services ...for less hassle. Go elsewhere

This is by far one of the worst BOA banks around. The small branch up the street was better so they shut it down. As a customer of this branch for about 28 years I can truly say that it used to be better. Look at all the reviews and you'll see that it's not just one disgruntled customer. This many people can't be making it up. 9 out of 10 times it's just one teller while one or two employees sit around that front desk talking and doing nothing. Customer service was not taught at this branch. Extremely rude management. Also since when does a business as large as BOA require a customer to go through Twitter or Facebook with legitimate branch issues? I don't use either of those.

Horrible customer service. They only have one teller at the opening of business hrs but have over 10ppl walking around looking like they are doing something. And they have removed drive thru service so it forces you to come in and wait.

It was 4:15 p.m. on a Monday afternoon when I drove up to this bank. The front door was closed and the hours of operations was not written on it.. The drive-through was opened,, but only for ATM transactions. I didn't expect this from a bank.

I am choosing to give this location THREE stars due to the simple fact that the teller was respectful and the line moved pretty quick, which is NOT what I am use to when it comes to this BOA. If it wasn't for this rude woman/manager (Blonde) sitting in the center of the lobby, there would have been 5 Stars given instead.I took my phone out to snap a simple photo of the line I was in to show my Fiance what my progress was in the line , as he is home with our newborn. Though this action is completely LEGAL, I made sure that the photo I took did NOT reveal a single full face.Once I took the photo/sent it to him, this manager chose to call me out in front of everyone as if I was a child and correct me instead of just quietly/politely asking me to lower the phone 1-on-1. Hopefully she corrects her ways by the time I return.(PHOTO I SENT TO MY FIANCE ATTACHED)

Customer service is nonExistent! The bank doesn’t answer the phone. I’ve attempted to reach a representative for 3 days and not one answer or returned phone call. The bank atm swallowed large amounts of my cash and didn’t give a receipt upon request. I did the deposit inside in front of representative named Kathy. She reported the claims and I am now being told to wait 45-90 days for a resolution. Avoid this banking center.I requested a manager multiple times and was denied. I have been in touch with main bank customer service line and they cannot reach the bank via telephone.I would give this bank negative stars if possible

Horrible. For a bank this big, they’re the worst. Went to a much smaller branch and were able to take care of me. Don’t mind waiting since I understand things can get busy. But working on appointments only is ridiculous. Also, unlike other branches, they make you wait OUTSIDE. The only thing they offered was to schedule an appointment which I can do over the app, but which doesn’t help because that’s what I tried to do days prior but nothing was available anyway. The smaller branch was able to do right by their customerUpdate: in response to Rachel from Bank of America: sure, because I can do a wire transfer and notarize over an ATM

I have being a BoA customer for many years, I came to do a wire transfer to this location on a Saturday without an appt, the person on the front even give me the option to wait, they refused to help me without appt, even after I explained them the urgency of the matter. I called to another location and they were also full booked but they allow me to wait, I spent 3 hours there but they helped me.
