The service is terrible, and they're all chatting amongst themselves... no one asks what service you need... and they just leave you sitting there...

Poor customer service, unhelpful, and a massive waste of time. Called customer service phone number and they were just as horrible. Hope they can fix this before you lose more customers

The 2 tellers Would not let me deposit money into my account refused to take my money I have been a Truist customer for years this is the wierd branch ever it was my first and last time coming here
