He made it a breeze by assisting me with getting a new quote, making a new reservation and cancelling the one that I no longer needed. The initial booking was prepaid and he ensured that once I confirmed the cancellation, the information was sent to Budget rent a car for the refund. He was very helpful and patient with me. “I recently had to have my car repaired from an accident I had and I chose crash champions. They did not disappoint, I went in thinking this was going to be a typical car repair business and was blown away with the total professional staff and quality of the work that they have done. Also I had to bring my car back for a minor detail that was possibly overlooked and a representative named Blake was more than helpful with correcting what was missed and apologized for the mishap. Will highly recommend if needed, give them a shot, I'm sure there work will speak for itself.”

Kyle was the representative that I interacted with during my last rental. Before my last rental I made some large purchases that maxed out my credit and the credit payment to reduce the balance was delayed. There was not enough available credit to secure my weekly rental. Kyle made some adjustments to my dates and instructed me on what I needed to do. I drove away with a since of relief after Kyle pulled a rabbit out of a hat. Thank you Kyle.”
“First time renting from Sixt. Signed up online and prepaid. Had to check in at the desk. My experience with the desk assistant, Dixa, was above and beyond. Far better vehicle fleet than Hertz and substantially less expensive than the other vehicle rental agencies when I was comparing. I had extended my trip by a day and had to bring my hertz rental back to FLL or be charged an extra $238 (for one day!) for a Kia Niro for which I was already overcharged $100/day. Found someone else’s hertz ticket in the car from their rental from 2 days prior and they were charged $51/day for the same vehicle. There were plenty of available rentals when I returned the car, despite the site showing that they were sold out. I was given a BMW X5, brand new-ish, for 1/3 less than the original Hertz daily rate. Sixt will likely be my go-to at FLL from now on. Their fleet looked brand new.”
“Absolutely wonderful experience!! I had to do a last minute rental Junior and Jovany jumped right into action. Both men had wonderful attitudes! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. A definite promotion is needed there! The car was clean inside and out. When bringing the car back Junior was still in a good mood and smiling. Was even was able to get me home. I’ll only be doing company with this Enterprise location going forward.”

“I had a great experience here a couple weeks ago. I rented a car on my way up to Orlando. It was booked the day off through Expedia. Turns out they didn't have the car I booked so upgraded me and said I didn't have to fill the tank up when returning it.
I was never upsold anything and the deposit wasn't all that much.”

“Firstly, I love how Enterprise works with Costco! I was able to seamlessly book a rental through Costco's own website, and I appreciate the rates that members have access to. That alone makes me want to come back to Enterprise. Secondly, the customer service and care I received were excellent. This was my first time personally renting a car, and it was a great experience; I will be definitely coming back and recommending this branch specifically (on Copans & Powerline). The staff there are very kind, accommodating, professional, friendly/approachable, etc. Jose Flores helped me and showed me my rental car, asking if I was satisfied with it. I'm not well versed in cars, so I thought it was fine, but I mentioned that I was going on a long distance trip to Atlanta, Georgia, and he expressed his concerns about the compact car I initially chose. He told me it was made for inner-city driving (rather than long distance) and per his recommendation, I changed to a better suited car for my trip :) What I loved and appreciated was that it didn't feel like I was being pushed to upgrade my rental. He expressed genuine concern for my safety/the logistics of my trip, which prompted me to ask for his opinion on upgrading. He also helped me when I returned the car, so it was nice to give my feedback to the person who initially set everything up for me. He was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and considerate. If you get to meet Jose, he'll definitely take care of you!!! :0) I believe Kia also helped me, and she was prompt, efficient, and professional! They think of the customer first, and I couldn't recommend more :)
The car itself was great!! I loved all the features like the back camera, adaptive cruise control, and the sensors that let you know if a car is next to you/in your blind spot. I have an old car, so I don't have any of that, and it made the trip so much easier
