This bank always has a long line and 1 or 2 people working and everyone else just standing around. Asked for a managers help and she was pretty much like come back another day. Go to another Chase.

My first time here at this location to resolve an issue with my checking accounts. I was treated with so much respect and care, I’m so glad I came here. I was definitely stressed but they handled it. Chase is America's least convenient bank for doing business. Terrible lines, terrible hours, dysfunctional ATMs - whatever is going to slow your day down, you can find it at Chase. I can't imagine how they got to be so big. The bar is set so low.
