First let me start with the good. Kelly and Suzette were very helpful in trying to assist me after Moises C. was short and dismissive.
I went in to try and cash a Chase check without an account. I was told since it was a business check the teller could check the company’s limit. Moises C. refused to check and when I asked questions. He kept being dismissive and said I was asking him questions he doesn’t know.
I thought about opening a secondary checking there since my daughter does her banking with Chase (in GA) and is happy with them, but thanks to Moises C. I’ll pass. I was expecting a yes just some information and help.
Work on your customer service, Moises!

I have been a customer of Chase Bank for many years. I have been to many branches and locations in the country. I just went to this branch today I needed to make a money wire transfer and they were too busy to even see me and they said I had to come back the next day and I had to make an appointment online. When I asked if I could make an appointment in person and they said no. They were very rude to me. I googled the next nearest Chase Bank went to it and they treated me like a queen just like all of the other branches I have ever been to. They took care of me in 20 minutes.. if this bank would have been my first experience with Chase, I would never go back

There is never more than 2 tellers available and the line is so long. The Chase branch near me closed down so everyone from that branch goes here and it gets so busy and they don’t have enough staff. All this money they have but they can’t staff the branch as they should. Why is it Saturday morning and only two tellers? Idk.

Chase is America's least convenient bank for doing business. Terrible lines, terrible hours, dysfunctional ATMs - whatever is going to slow your day down, you can find it at Chase. I can't imagine how they got to be so big. The bar is set so low.

Kristian (Branch Manager) and Brianna were both amazing. The customer service was on point. I got taken care of. 10/10 stars. Brianna was phenomenal in helping set up my business bank account.

My mom is dying. I have submitted all legal documents to handle her accounts before she dies in accordance with her wishes. It's been 2 weeks and we are hearing a new process is keeping us from accessing critical accounts, as she passes away. Every hour is critical, we were initially told 48 hours. Horrifying! if I was considering becoming a customer I am not now. Once my mom's accounts are settled BYE CHASE

Im sure im no the only one complaining about the service of this specific branch. They never have what i need when I go there. How can a bank not have something as simple as a notarize stamp at hand. Like what happens when a business have a important documentation to notarize? The banker just forgot the stamp at home? Does they even allow to take that to their house.? Ot their simply lying to not do it because their to busy and short staff. Never going back there.

Ghetto and ATMs have never worked in all the years I’ve come. Need better management.
5/31/24 update - worse change. High recommend any other bank. ATMS don’t work nor does anything else at this run down location.

Todays cashier helped me with some questions I had! She was helpful even though it was going to be almost 5 pm. closing time when she finished with me, when I noticed, I was her last customer. Thanks! For your assistance

This branch never opens in time. Plan ahead for sure. It's now 9:09 AM and a line of customers are awaiting while the employees are just now strolling in at their own leisure. Very unprofessional. Be there on time and be ready to operate by scheduled opening time. Who is running this branch?!.

Worst location ever this is the first time I ever had an issue depositing money into an account at the other location I’ve never had an issue but this teller Kelly not only takes long and stands around for awhile doing nothing while the other teller is helping people and clearly gave me an issue depositing cash and the the lady at the door prefers to talk to her Haitian people instead of others because she is Haitian and rude this is the worst location I have ever been to unprofessional and rude

We were in the lobby and Krystal walked over to use checked the reason for our visit… we told her it turned out we had the wrong date 🥺.. she then tried to fit us in … we appreciate that 👊. Then we had the pleasure of being assisted by Suzette and she was knowledgeable about the bank products, she took take her time to explain and ensure she understands our needs and finds the best solutions that suits us. I’m impressed team! Good job 👍🏿.
