Damn ATMs never work! They know people deposit money between 29th-3rd of every month to pay bills, have the damn ATMs serviced properly, especially since the inside closes at a particular time after people get off work!!! The inside ATM doesn’t even have a place where you can put your card in to use after hours!! This branch is just a complete waste!!??

I use this bank often, can anyone explain to us why this powerful bank with plenty of assets haven't been able to fix this window. It's been months and nothing done. Can't get to the lobby during after hours. Shame on you Chase ?

I wanted to make an appointment to open a nee account. When I called this branch I was immediately put into an automated system with NO option to speak with anyone. Pathetic that Customers are treated like a commodity in what was a SERVICE business.

We were in the lobby and Krystal walked over to use checked the reason for our visit… we told her it turned out we had the wrong date .. she then tried to fit us in … we appreciate that ?. Then we had the pleasure of being assisted by Suzette and she was knowledgeable about the bank products, she took take her time to explain and ensure she understands our needs and finds the best solutions that suits us. I’m impressed team! Good job ??.

Branch is usually okay, but today there seemed to be an overly sensitive security guard that is a little power crazed, this specific time I went in to help my mother with her account, I was sitting down and this security just would not leave me alone. I asked him politely to stop talking to me. He wanted to fight, claims he doesn’t work for Chase, but then claims he could throw me out of somewhere he said he doesn’t work. I didn’t have time for the ignorance I walked out and left my mother inside to handle the rest of the business, and this ignorant security guard with a mouth full of dental gold followed me outside claiming his truck is right there and he can take off his uniform and we can fight lol, I cannot make this up, I kept telling him to leave me alone and he wouldn’t, so I told him he’s too sensitive and he definitely wanted to fight after that I just closed my car door in his face and he stomped away like a little girl having a temper tantrum. Branch shouldn’t be hiring thugs to secure the bank that holds our money. Lost two customers.

Greetings to the most incompetent bank branch Ive ever been. I tried to opened a business bank account with them and they asked me even for my great grandmas information to open a simple account.They gave me then an appointment for ONE WEEK LATER!!!!One week after I went finally to my so long waited appointment. The meeting was at 10:30 and I arrived at 10:20, the lady who received me was doing nothing but talking b*llshit with her colleague and told me to wait till 10:30.Once finally I was with her she told me that none of my ID's work since all of them are expired, and even though I explained her that I have USCIS document certifying that Im they will soon send me my new employers ID she didn't care.So finally I just went home and opened a business bank account online myself in maybe 5 min or so.The staff in this branch are sooooo incompetent, if you don't like to work believe me I know many others who would love that job so, if you need serious and better staff JP Morgan don't hesitate to contact me! :)

There's a 90% chance that the ATMs will be down at any given moment during the day. Highly suggest not stopping at this location if you need a machine.

Red flags ???It's easier to schedule an appointment than to get the proper assistance. I scheduled a follow up appointment and it was a complete waste of time. I went back to work with only 15 minutes left. I had to open a special account and provided all of the paperwork. There were people who were already there waiting over an hour. There was a big family who came in with bonds to cash they were assisted before this other security guy who was sitting there for over an hour. There's no order. I wasn't spoken to until after about 20 minutes sitting after my scheduled appointment and they did not come back to follow-up to provide me with an update. There's no reception in the bank so if there's an emergency, you're stuck. Can't text or make a phone call. ? That's too much. I'll try a different bank. No thank you.

Came here on 12-19 at 12:5 to get some singles for my cafe. The owner had a business account with chase and we do deposits and change everyweek. Theres always an issue here. Either the business lines are closed when they shoulf be open or the machines arent working. Today I have to go out my way ro anothet lpcation just to get change when the sign dayd they dont close till 2pm on saturday?? Why does the sign on the door say 2pm if they close at 12??? Im confused

Very slow and inattentive I walked in and was not greeted or Acknowledged. I sat down for 30 minutes waiting for someone to attend me or reach out but nothing. I wouldn’t recommend coming here go to a different branch.
