This Walmart is the worst at having carts available at the front entrance of the store, all the carts are scattered pretty much everywhere in the parking lot which makes it impossible to park. Customers have to get out of the car to move carts out of parking spaces just to park. They just don't care about maintaining the parking area anymore. Also, supervisor/associates don't have customer service skills I told Robert about the carts being a problem and he just stared at me instead of trying or attempting to find a solution about it. At that point I just asked for the managers number instead. I read one person saying they are low stocked, this is true. I avoid this Walmart now because what they sell are more family packs instead of regular sizes. I don't know if its because management changed but this Walmart use to be on point, now it's just the bare minimum. I know Publix might be a little pricier but honestly, it's a better shopping experience then Walmart now a days.

I really enjoy shopping at the "Neighborhood Market" vs the big Walmart. They still had what I needed but smaller scale and not as crowded.

Curbside ONLY! Do not use this option. There's many locations that's pretty good at handling this option for customers and honoring the time slot selected. In total of four visits nearly back to back with a selection of different time slots, this location is horribly managed in this area. The orders are never ready, there's always lots of people to meet and talk to as you all wait on delayed orders. Then you're not aware of delayed orders until you contact corporate or customer service for further assistance as the number provided, no one ever answers. What maybe helpful for this unorganized location is moving all slots back an hour and never offer 7a-8a.

This is the worst neighborhood walmart i've ever been to. They barley have anything in stock, it always looks like they are going to shut down. I picked up groceries via curbside yesterday and they sold me expired food. It's unacceptable, i don't know how they are even still open. Items expired january 2021, it is now june 2021. Absolutely disgusting.

I stopped here on my way to a very small gathering -my first since the pandemic started- to get something for the host. I was hoping for a nice fruit salad or veggie platter, but the selections were very few and were not in the best condition. I then decided to maybe get a nice bakery good, again, the selection was not the best. I have to mention this is not a Walmart Super Center, but a market. And a smaller one that I have seen. Must be the reason for the smaller departments. I was disappointed with the produce and bakery sections. As well as the dairy. I would not come back to this particular store

I really could not be more pleased with this neighborhood market. It's not fancy, and it's not huge, but it usually has what I need and the prices are very reasonable. They also have very pleasant people working here, which is a nice change from some places. But the thing that really makes this place worth the five stars is the convenience. I had an event coming up at work and I needed a costume (don't ask). I found a really good price for a Spiderman costume on Walmart.com, so I bought it. Free shipping and it was at my house in less than a week. What's not to love?Well, the fact that it didn't fit. It's basically a body suit and in order for me to get the mask over my head, I would have to pull up into my crotch until I sang an octave higher. If you get my meaning. So, it had to go back. But I was very pleasantly surprised to find that I didn't have to ship it back, I could just print out the return form and take it to this store. Which I did. And they were perfectly happy to take it back and refund my entire purchase price!Oh yeah, I'm a fan.

This pick-up service is good during the pandemic for people like me who can't go into the store. The problem is that if they are out of item(s), you need to wait until you have another $35 minimum order before you can get them. They will not waive that minimum no matter how large your order was. So, the best thing to do is order just above the minimum in each order so you don't have to wait so long to reorder items that are out of stock. You can still pick up your order even if the total dips below $35 because of out-of-stock items. The service itself and the people delivering to your car are great and deserve a five-star review. It is the corporate execs who need to rethink the waiver issue.

I am grateful for this service. But I have one complaint I got everything I order but they DESTROYED my hamper and hotdog buns. Putting them under cans. I used this service because they bring out to your car and I didn't have to go in. (Panic attacks) now I have to find a way to go into the store to get replacements. I didn't think I had to special request the bread items to be separate

Fantastic concept that if continued after the COVID 19 deal is over, I would still love this feature from Neighborhood Walmart Grocery. They are located about 15 minutes from my house but I shop online all week and the night before I have my pickup scheduled, I finalize my shopping list online through the app or laptop. I get items on sale and regular priced, the same as instore shopping. There is no upcharge or service fee for this shopping transaction. The email system and the app work well. The app is a little harder to navigate than through the tablet or laptop website. Out of my 51 items purchased, 47 were available and only 1 item (a jalapeno) was not really a jalapeno but through the app., I requested a refund and it was credited back to my charge card. My order was large as I am shopping for 2 weeks at a time so the processing for my curbside pickup took about 15 minutes of wait time once I checked in that I had arrived to the designated parking/waiting area on the side of the store. I did have to have close contact with the loading employee because I purchased a case of beer and they had to check ID and I had to sign for the purchase. That was the only negative but the employee was very nice and he was wearing a proper mask. Thanks....see ya in 2 weeks!

I would give them no stars if possible. Why is every employee (just about) so rude?! I dread going to Walmart like I dread going to the DMV. Stop hiring incompetent people with no social skills! You go up to the register, if there's not only self check outs and YOU have to ask THEM how they are doing or acknowledge THEM & we are the customers.

Our neighborhood Walmart has been making great strides to improve their customer service. I mean, we already know their products are equal to the leading name-brand products and those of other grocers. I am not a penny-pincher, but I do consider myself to be a good steward of the hard-earned money that comes into my hands. Therefore, I don't usually shop here out of convenience, but more so because it's cost-effective. The customer experience here, although always leaves room for improvement, gets my vote for Most Improved from the rest of the stores in my area. At times, I have rushed in here to pick up a few things and to save time, I have stepped up to one of the employees for assistance. They have dropped the products they're busy stocking to help me. This is not always the case at other chains. Some of them that pride in excellent checkout service are often too focused on lining the items up and making the shelves and aisles so visually neat and appealing that they forget the one-on-one assistance takes priority. Recently, I went to purchase a few things, among them, ingredients for flan. They had rearranged a lot of the aisles. I went to an associate who was restocking and she took me right to the Pyrex and then to find the vanilla extract. Tonight, as I write this review, my flans are baking!
